Sometimes life can get really busy and you might find yourself a little short on time to walk your dog. Luckily with Pawshake, it is really easy to connect with thousands of pet lovers and find a walker in Modbury SA who is available and waiting to help you out.

All of our walkers are vetted individually and every dog walker booking is covered by The Pawshake Guarantee so you can rest easy while they spend time with your dog. Additionally, your Pawshake walker will be from your local Modbury SA neighbourhood and their profile also includes reviews from other pet parents.

Having a dog walker visit during the day is an affordable and great way to break up the day and make your dog’s day more interesting. Some of our walkers walk multiple dogs at once so this service is a great way for your dog to socialise and meet other similar dogs. However, if your dog prefers to be walked alone, you can also find Modbury SA dog walkers who only walk one dog at a time. That way, the walks can be completely dedicated to what your dogs want – whether is a slow walk-and-sniff or a faster paced brisk walk around the block, our Pawshake dog walkers will be happy to oblige.

My name is Jill, I'm 60 years old, mum to 2 dogs - Lamb Chop an 8 year old boxer and Honey a 3 year old Daschund. I am very excited to offer my services as a carer for your beloved pets.
I am mum to 3 boys and a grandparent to three perfect little people who I adore. I am now retired and want to spend more time doing things that I love and pets are my happy place.
I have become a pet sitter because I have been through the anxiety of where to find the best place to leave my own pets. Invariably that ends up being a trip with them. Or occasionally a son is living back in SA and will mind them. So, I completely understand the worry and I get the responsibility. I can offer regular updates and photos whilst you're away for some extra reassurance. Or, if you're like me, video chats with your fur babies.
For home visits I will come in and spend at least 30 minutes with your pet at each visit, playing, feeding, checking water is fresh and, if necessary I can water your plants and bring in the mail, attend to bins.
For walks I will take your pets for at least a 30 minute walk or less if that's what they require. I will not walk pets on hot days when pavements and roads are too hot. But can spend time in active play as an alternative.
If you can give me clear guidelines I would love to keep to your pets normal routine as closely as possible. Basically, I want to make your time away as unnoticed as possible by your pets.
Living in a small home with 2 dogs of my own I can't offer boarding or day care.

A dedicated and compassionate pet sitter, I provide personalized care to ensure your pets feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. With experience handling a variety of animals, including horses, dogs, cats, birds, and small mammals, I adapt to each pet’s unique personality and needs. My services include feeding, walking, administering medications, and providing ample playtime and cuddles. I prioritize maintaining your pet’s routine to minimize stress and keep them comfortable.

Happy to do any general yard maintenance required or feed other pets (birds, rabbits, etc). Work during the day (excluding weekends) so will walk, feed and care for your pets in the morning and afternoon. Happy to accommodate any other services that may need doing such as lawns.

Whether it’s a short day visit or an extended stay, I treat your pets like family, ensuring their well-being is my top priority. I am reliable, punctual, and communicative, offering regular updates and photos to give you peace of mind. Your home is treated with the utmost respect and care during my visits. Trust me to provide the loving attention and reliable care your furry (or feathered) friends deserve.

Look forward to meeting you and your loved ones soon.
