Hi! My name is Cynthia, I am a graduate student currently working on weekdays and free on the weekends to commit to this job. At the moment I am living in the city,  which makes it very convenient to move around as required. Back at home, I have 2 small dogs, 1 mixed female and 1 silky terrier male, and I miss them so much, both of them were adopted. Looking after a dog here will make me feel a bit at home. I always make sure they feel comfortable with me being around them, I am caring, careful, fun, and with lots of patience to look after animals. I would enjoy this job so much that I wouldn't even feel it like a job. I have experience looking after small dogs, puppies and guide dogs. Some of the services I provide are: Dog walking, Dog sitting, Overnight stays and/or full day as required. Usually my dog walks last for 30-40 minutes or around, depending if the dog wants to spend more time outside, I make sure what is the requirements of the dogs as they are very expressive. I am currently doing a double degree in animal science and animal behaviour and have loved animals my whole life. I grew up having many pets in my home back in Singapore. In my lifetime I've had fish, terrapins, rabbits, hamsters, fancy rats and now have a 14 year old maltipoo. I've also worked and volunteered at Mandai Wildlife Reserve for many years and Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) in Singapore for 1 year and 4 months. 
At the SPCA I was in charge of the adoption gallery area which is the area right before the animals go to their forever homes. At the SPCA, I took care of hamsters, gerbils, Guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, cats and dogs. My daily routine was to clean the animals cages in the morning, prepare their meals each day, provide them with enrichment via toys, walks, exercise time and interactions with other dogs or cats. I was also very heavily involved in doing adoptions for the animals and had to handle the animals for the potential adopters to interact with, which sadly included aggressive and traumatised animals.

Regarding the service I provide:
1. I offer dog walking and home visits.
2. I'm available after 3pm during weekdays AND any day time during weekend.
3. For DOG WALKING: I can bring your pets for a walk at any nearby place as you wish.
4. For HOME VISITS: I can feed your dog, walk your dog, water your plants, bring in the mail and etc as you wish. Ideally, I won't be able to stay overnight at your place but I can spend a couple hours over your house during daytime.


A bit of background on me: After driving my parents crazy by constantly showing up at home with a new animal in need of a loving home, I decided to make the move from South Africa to Adelaide to pursue my passion for animal care in 2019. I have since earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Behaviour and a Certificate III in Dog Behaviour, Psychology and Training.&nbsp;
I've had many different types of pets over my 26 years, and am well versed in handling and caring for all dogs, cats, birds, rodents and reptiles (even the biiig snakes).

I am available from Monday to Friday from 6am to 4pm because I am a student. All day on weekends. Within my services I can administer oral medication to pets and teach them various tricks  Feed the pet as necessary. Pets are kept in hygienic conditions: any dirt is cleaned from the pet and the owner is informed of any signs of illness or injury. The length of my home visits depends on how much the owner needs me, the minimum is half an hour. The duration of the walks is half an hour. In 24-hour housekeeping and in all services I can also water the plants.

I grow up in a little town and we had a lot of animals: horses, a goat called Betty, chicken and rabbits, and and a free loading Crow that scared the shit out of me when I was a child. As more traditional pets I had three dogs and two cats, but had to leave them with my parents because of the long travel, and paperwork associated to bring them in Australia.&nbsp;
I love pets and I have 4 little birds currently, two budgies, one conure that thing she is a velociraptor and a lovebird, because real estate agency are more open to rent. I would like to have dogs or cats but I don't own an house as you know agency are hard to deal if you have pets. So I will love to give your pets all the care and attention they need when I walk them.&nbsp;

We are Flor and Fede, with 10 years of experience walking and taking care of dogs in Argentina and currently in Adelaide, Australia.&nbsp;
&nbsp;We both grew up surrounded by animals and we always love dogs, which is why we started walking dogs in 2013 when Flor was 16 and Fede was 18, from there we decided that it Will be forever, and later we began to take care of them in our house and offer baths canines.

On our walks we make sure that your dog has fun and spends energy socializing with other dogs.  We have different groups depending on the size of your dog friend.&nbsp;
&nbsp;We go to the beach and to the mountains to do different routes in different places so it doesn't get boring always going to the same places, and the dog knows new smells and explores nature.
&nbsp;&nbsp;Many people spend hours in the office and leave their pet alone for many hours, which is not healthy for the dog, as it causes a lot of anxiety and stress.  The idea is that during that period that  is  alone, someone takes care of walking him and the dog returns home tired, relaxed and happy.&nbsp;&nbsp;
