Sometimes life can get really busy and you might find yourself a little short on time to walk your dog. Luckily with Pawshake, it is really easy to connect with thousands of pet lovers and find a walker in Labrador QLD who is available and waiting to help you out.

All of our walkers are vetted individually and every dog walker booking is covered by The Pawshake Guarantee so you can rest easy while they spend time with your dog. Additionally, your Pawshake walker will be from your local Labrador QLD neighbourhood and their profile also includes reviews from other pet parents.

Having a dog walker visit during the day is an affordable and great way to break up the day and make your dog’s day more interesting. Some of our walkers walk multiple dogs at once so this service is a great way for your dog to socialise and meet other similar dogs. However, if your dog prefers to be walked alone, you can also find Labrador QLD dog walkers who only walk one dog at a time. That way, the walks can be completely dedicated to what your dogs want – whether is a slow walk-and-sniff or a faster paced brisk walk around the block, our Pawshake dog walkers will be happy to oblige.

Hi! My name is Constanza. I’m a 34-year-old Argentinian, vegetarian, and lifelong animal lover.

Over the past few months, I’ve had the chance to do pet sitting across different parts of Australia, caring for both dogs and cats. It’s been one of the most meaningful experiences for me. I love getting to know each animal’s unique personality and creating a bond built on trust, patience, and affection.

I miss my dogs back in Argentina deeply—they’re truly part of my family. Being around other pets not only brings me joy, but also makes me feel close to them in a special way.

For me, pet sitting is much more than a job. It’s about offering a safe, calm, and loving space where your pet feels comfortable, cared for, and happy while you’re away.

I’m available every morning and evening, and I can come to your home to care for your pets or take them on walks. I’m comfortable with both small and large dogs, and I can walk up to two dogs at a time for up to two hours.

I’m confident handling different dog behaviors and always approach each situation with patience, awareness, and respect for the animal’s boundaries. In case of an emergency, I stay calm, act quickly, and follow your instructions, while also contacting a vet or emergency service if needed.

I believe communication is key, so I always keep owners updated during bookings with messages, photos, and videos, so you can feel relaxed and connected while you’re away.

I’d love to meet you and learn all about your pet’s needs, routines, and personality 🤍

Hi, I'm Madi! I’m a passionate dog lover with hands-on experience working in a professional grooming salon, as a dog cleaner, where I spent months caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments—from high-energy fluffy pups to delicate “naked” breeds. That experience taught me how to read canine body language, handle dogs calmly and safely, and understand what each dog needs to feel comfortable and happy.
I became a dog walker because I genuinely love spending time with dogs and helping them stay active, stimulated, and well cared for while their owners are away. Every dog has their own personality, and I enjoy getting to know each one so I can make our walks enjoyable and stress-free for them.
I offer personalized 30–45 minute walks tailored to your dog’s needs. Whether your pup enjoys an energetic walk around the neighborhood, a play session at the park, or a calm and relaxing stroll, I make sure the experience suits their energy level and personality. For high-energy dogs, we can spend time playing fetch or exploring; for dogs who prefer a slower pace, we’ll enjoy a peaceful and “chill” walk together.
Safety is always my top priority. Before every walk, I make sure your dog is securely fitted with their collar or harness and leash. During our walks, I stay alert to our surroundings and avoid busy roads or unsafe areas. I also make sure dogs have access to water and take breaks when needed, especially on warmer days.
If an unexpected situation occurs—such as an aggressive dog nearby or sudden bad weather—I stay calm and quickly move the dog to a safe area. I pay close attention to each dog’s behavior and body language so I can respond right away if they seem stressed, tired, or uncomfortable.
Communication with owners is very important to me. After each walk, I provide updates so you know how your dog is doing and if I noticed anything unusual. I also love giving dogs a little extra attention during our time together, whether that’s playtime, enrichment, or simply lots of affection.
My goal is to make every walk safe, fun, and fulfilling so your dog returns home happy, relaxed, and pleasantly tired. I’ll always treat your fur baby with the same care and kindness I would give my own.

Hi, my name is Paula. I love animals and really enjoy spending time with them. My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from my genuine passion for pets and wanting to make sure they feel safe, happy and loved while their owners are away.

I have experience looking after both dogs and cats for family and friends, and I am confident with different needs and personalities. I am responsible, patient and caring, and I will always follow any special instructions about food, walks or medication.

For safety, I don’t accept pets into my home, but I am happy to visit them at your place or take them for walks. This way they stay comfortable in their own environment. I can offer regular dog walks, home visits and spending quality time with your pets to keep them happy and relaxed.

I believe pets deserve attention, affection and routine, and I always try to provide that. Spending time with animals makes me very happy, and I would love the chance to care for yours.

I have nearly 16 years of experience as a dedicated dog owner, providing daily care, companionship, and attention to my own dog. Through these years, I have developed a deep understanding of canine behaviour, body language, and emotional needs. I am confident in handling dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and temperaments, whether they are playful, shy, anxious, or senior dogs who require extra patience and care.

In addition to personal experience, I have hands-on experience working in an animal hospital, where I assisted veterinarians with daily clinical and care-related tasks. My professional skills include safe animal handling and restraint, administering oral medication, basic health monitoring, and supporting animals during examinations and procedures. This background allows me to remain calm under pressure and quickly recognise any abnormal signs or changes in a dog’s condition.

I strongly believe that trust and safety are the foundation of quality pet care. I treat every dog as if they were my own, with responsibility, patience, and genuine compassion, ensuring they feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for at all times. This combination of long-term dog ownership and veterinary experience makes me a reliable and professional dog walker that owners can confidently trust.

I love being around animals and have owned them all my life. Prior to moving to the Gold Coast recently- I was a member of Pawshake NZ for 4 years. During that time I offered pet sitting, doggy day care and pet boarding. I cared for many dogs and cats and received so much work through Pawshake as well as gaining many 5 star reviews.
I have volunteered at the S.P.C.A and have gained strong experience in working with dogs as I worked for my friend also who had her own dog walking/ pet sitting business.
I learned that every pet has a unique personality. They respond differently in different environments and with other animals.
My top priorities: Safety of your pet, happiness and no anxiety. I always remain very aware of potential situations where a pet can become stressed and avoid coming into any dangerous situations. 100% focused as caring for peoples fur babies is crucial.

Hello everyone! My name is Daniela and I am from Chile. I am a dog carer. I have dedicated myself to studying different dog breeds and trying to understand the behaviour of animals. It is my hobby and it is also my passion. It has been my passion since I was very young. I just love dogs.
I guess my fascination with dogs began because my dad is a dog trainer and also a pet caretaker. Thanks to him, I was born with the gene of love and care for animals. For as long as I can remember dogs of all breeds have stayed in my house and we have always taken great care of them, and pampered them, as if they were our own.
When I was in Chile, I devoted a lot of time to preparing to be a canine judge. The motivation to care for, groom, and just be with dogs and/or pets is to learn more about them. Every day, I try to be with them and I try to understand them.
I have a lot of experience caring for dogs, walking them, bathing them, grooming them and making sure they are healthy and happy. I am able to do this at another person's home, or bring them to my own house and make sure that they are healthy and happy and up-to-date with vaccinations.

Hi there!

I’m Javi, a Chilean currently living in Australia on a work and holiday visa. Back home, I have the most adorable dog, Harry, who is the ultimate mama’s boy. We did everything together—slept side by side, went on walks, and shared countless cuddles. I miss him so much, which is why I’d love to be a pet sitter here. Being around furry friends makes me feel closer to him, and let’s be honest, life is just better with animals!

I have experience caring for pets, both my own and others’. Back in Chile, I often helped friends and family with their pets when they traveled, making sure they were well-fed, entertained, and, of course, spoiled with love. I’ve also taken care of pets here in Australia, ensuring they get the attention and care they deserve.

Whether your pet needs a fun walk, a home visit for feeding and playtime, or overnight care, I’m here to help! You can trust me to keep them happy, safe, and well-loved.

Looking forward to meeting you and your fur baby soon!

Hi there! My name is Monika, and I absolutely love spending time with dogs. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pup like family, keep them happy, active, and loved while you’re away – you have reached me!

What a day with me looks like
When I take care of your dog, it’s all about making sure they get the exercise, attention, and fun they deserve. We’ll start with a walk that matches your dog’s personality – long and adventurous for high-energy pups, or slower and more relaxed for those who like to take their time and sniff around. For me walks aren’t just about moving – they’re about exploring, enjoying the outdoors, and letting your dog feel excited and curious.

Whether your pup loves chasing a ball, tugging on a rope, or just rolling around in the grass, I’ll make sure they burn off energy in a fun and safe way. Play also helps build trust, so your dog feels comfortable and happy with me.

If you’d like, I can also practice some basic commands with your dog – things like sit, stay, come, or wait. I always use positive reinforcement, so it’s fun, light, and rewarding. Nothing too strict – just simple training that keeps your pup sharp and engaged.

Of course, it’s not just about walks and games. Dogs need love and companionship too. Some pups want endless cuddles, while others prefer gentle attention and space. I make sure to adapt to your dog’s personality, so they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. My goal is for every dog I look after to feel happy and loved, as if they were my own.

Why choose me?
•	I genuinely love dogs and enjoy spending time with them.
•	I’m reliable, caring, and easy to communicate with.
•	I can handle dogs with different energy levels and personalities.
•	Safety is always my priority on walks and during play.
•	Most importantly, I’ll make sure your pup has the best day possible!

At the end of the day, I want your dog to feel tired (in the best way), relaxed, and totally content. Whether it’s a fun walk, a playful afternoon, or a mix of both, I’ll make sure your furry friend is well cared for and excited for the next time we hang out.

Hey, I’m Jess, and I’d love to care for your dog!
I’ve been a dog lover for as long as I can remember and grew up with my own Jack Russell cross. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of pet sitting and walking dogs for friends, including Aussie Bulldogs, Dachshunds and Spoodles, so I’m comfortable with different breeds and temperaments.
I currently work from home, which means I can provide plenty of attention, company, and care throughout the day. I live in a secure second-floor apartment with two balconies, and there’s a large, fenced grassy area on the ground floor where dogs can stretch their legs. Plus, there are a couple of dog parks nearby for extra fun and socialisation!
I love going for walks multiple times a day, and having your dog join me would make them even better! Whether they need a walk, some playtime, or just some company, I’ll make sure they’re safe, happy, and well looked after while you’re away.
Looking forward to meeting you and your fur baby!
