Heading out for a night, a holiday, or just need a helping hand with your pet? I'm a 36 year old student and animal lover living locally in Cott and would love to help you out

I moved back to Perth in October 2025 after living in Norway for the last 10 years, and I'm now studying full time which means I've got a flexible schedule and plenty of time to spend making sure your furry friend(s) feels safe, happy and cared for. I'm reliable, responsible, and a great communicator, and will keep you updated with photos and how its going while you're away.

Whether its a run on the beach, stroll around the park, or just some company on the couch, I'll make sure they get the attention and care they're used to. I'm also happy to help out with collecting mail, watering plants, light gardening, taking bins out etc. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi there! We're Alessandra and Alessio, and we're passionate about pets, from the moment we met, pets became an integral part of our lives. As experienced pet sitters,we understand the importance of providing a safe, loving environment for your pets when you're away.Whether it's a walk in the park or a cozy cuddle session at home,we ensure they feel happy and cared for.Together we make a dynamic duo in pet care,we both working part time in a restaurant 5 minutes walks from our apartment that has a big living room and a balcony with fens.We do love sports and of course taking care of animals.we had previous experiences (more then 5 years plus our dog in Italy a rottwailer)from puppy to medium size(20kg). We usually go for a walk a minimum of 3 times per day with dog. Hope to see you soon and to take care of your lovely pets. Thanks
Alessandra and Alessio

I'm a 24 year old professional, based and working in Perth. I have recently completed the incredible drive over from NSW to relocate here and I'm now looking to start dog walking and sitting again.

I have experience dog sitting both in Australia and back in the UK. I encourage you to check out my reviews (posted in my photos) which support this and my capability. Also, I volunteered at a dog and cat rescue in Honduras where I took multiple dogs of varying sizes out for walks daily. This made me become comfortable with taking multiple dogs out for walks at once as well as being able to manage dogs of different sizes. Additionally, I have grown up with dogs and so am fully aware of the dedication that it requires to look after an animal, as well as being a well experienced dog cuddler!

It would be my pleasure to look after your pet for a while, whether that's just a walk or looking after them overnight. I am mostly experienced with dogs but have also looked after cats and chickens before and would be happy to care for other animals if that is wanted.

When doing a drop in visit, walks or overnight care it is my top priority to ensure that the dog is always happy and well loved. I always ensure to communicate frequently with owners throughout the time I am with their dog(s) and provide photo/video updates, if it is desired. Additionally, if you would like, I am more than happy to arrange a meet and greet with the owners and dog(s) to make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible before the booking.

Hello! I'm Lisa - a dentist by trade, I have just moved to the area and currently have some free time during the week - I hope to fill with lovely dogs!
I live an active lifestyle and will always be enjoying the outdoors - being from Northern Ireland means winters in Perth are tropical in comparison. A bit of rain won't put me off a dog walk!!
I grew up with family dogs of all shapes and sizes, so I'm confident caring for everything from lively puppies to gentle seniors. My father is a vet, so I've picked up plenty of useful knowledge about canine health and wellbeing over the years. I pride myself on being responsible, dependable, and attentive - treating every pet as if they were my own.
Alongside walks, I also offer home visits, perfect for feeding, letting your dog out, or giving them some company while you're away. Whether it's a brisk walk, a gentle stroll, or extra TLC at home, I'll make sure your dog feels happy, safe, and well cared for.

Hi, I’m Sienna! I’m 19, a UWA student and based in Cottesloe. I’ve grown up around animals and have always had a huge love for them. I grew up with my cat, Whiskey, and for the past three years have also had my dads dog, Arlo. Having both a cat and a dog has given me experience with their very different personalities, routines, and needs, and they’ve both brought so much happiness, companionship, and compassion into my life.
I’m caring, patient, and reliable, and I genuinely love spending time with animals. I understand how important it is to feel completely comfortable with the person looking after your pet, so I’ll always follow your instructions carefully and give them the same care and attention I give Whiskey and Arlo.
I’m currently studying at university part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility for pet sitting, home visits, and dog walking throughout the week. I’m available every day, except on Mondays and Thursdays I must finish by 2pm.
I offer 30 minute and 1 hour dog walks, home visits, and daytime pet sitting. I’m comfortable caring for both cats and dogs and am also happy to care for other small pets.
For dog walks, I’ll come to your home and take your dog for either a 30-minute or 1-hour walk. We can stay around their familiar neighbourhood or visit a nearby pet-friendly park or walking area, depending on their usual routine, temperament, and what you prefer. Living in Cottesloe, I’m surrounded by plenty of lovely parks, paths, and pet-friendly outdoor areas.
For home visits, I can stay for either 30 minutes or 1 hour. I can feed your pets, refresh their water, clean up after them, provide playtime, cuddles and company, and let dogs outside for toilet breaks. For cats, I can also attend to their litter tray and spend time playing with them or simply keeping them company. I’m also very happy to water plants and bring in your mail while you’re away.
For daytime pet sitting, I can spend longer periods with your pets in the comfort of their own home, keeping them company, and maintaining their normal routine.
I don’t offer professional grooming or training. I’m happy to discuss simple medication needs if you provide clear instructions, depending on the medication and what your pet requires.
What motivates me most is simply how much I enjoy being around animals. Growing up with Whiskey and then welcoming Arlo into my life has shown me how different every animal can be and just how much they become part of the family. I’d love to give your pets plenty of care, attention, and companionship while you're away, and make sure you can feel confident knowing they’re in caring hands.

Hi I'm Rebecca,
I'm originally from the UK and now living in Cottesloe Perth. I absolutely love all animals, especially dogs and understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets whilst you're away.
We've always had dogs in my family, I grew up with incredibly loving dogs a golden retriever, and two yorkshire terriers, and at a later time two Pomskies (Pomeranian Husky crossbreed) so caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. From daily walks (typically 30- 60 minutes depending on your dogs needs) and playtime to cuddles on the sofa, i've always loved being around animals and understand that every pet has their own special personality and routine. I'll always make sure theyre happy and well cared for. I also know how reassuring it is to know your furry friends days events so i love to send photos and updates for you to see.
I currently work for happy feet fitness as an instructor at 9 daycares in cottesloe/claremont/mosman/nedlands/subiaco area teaching children education through song and dance, I also run my own kids party business (Miss Beckys kids parties). I love my job and creating a safe space for children to learn and grow and be creative, it makes me happy. I mainly cover Cottesloe, claremont, Mosman, Swanbourne, Nedlands, Subiaco and surrounding areas, but I'm happy to travel further where possible.
I offer

Dog walking
Home visits
House sitting at your home

During walks, I always tailor them to your dog's age, energy level and routine. Whether they love long adventures, gentle strolls or plenty of sniffing time, I'm happy to adapt to what suits them best. I'll reinforce any training you're already working on, use positive encouragement, and always prioritise your pets safety. I'm also comfortable caring for nervous or shy dogs, taking things at their pace to help them feel relaxed and secure. If anything unexpected happens, I'll contact you immediately and, if needed, seek veterinary care while keeping you updated every step of the way.
I'm happy caring for puppies, adult dogs and senior dogs, and I'm comfortable with both small and large breeds
As i teach children on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings 9am - 12pm, I may be away for a few hours during those times, so pets should be comfortable being left briefly if house sitting. Outside of my teaching hours, I'm flexible and available for walks, home visits and overnight house sitting throughout the week and weekends.
I'm a non smoker, and am clean, tidy and respectfull of your home. I'll always treat your pets as if they were my own, and do everything i can to make sure they feel safe, loved and happy while you're away. I'd love the opportunity to meet you and your furry family :)
Many thanks,
Rebecca (Miss Becky)

Hi there! Im Flor, a friendly and reliable petsitter in my early 30s. My love for animals and experience make me the perfect choice to look after your furry friends
A little bit more about me:
originally from Argentina, I grew up with two cuddly poodle dogs. I am very calm and patient which will ensures your pets feel safe and loved. I really enjoy nature and going for walks. Love the cuddles.
I have experience taking care different dogs and also farm animals. The last year I was living in New Zealand and did a couple petsittings for different families.
Being away from home sometimes is really hard and spending time with animals usually makes me feel much better.

Why me?
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Flexible schedules allowing for personalized care routines.

I understand how important your pets are to you, and I am committed to providing them with the same level of care and attention that you would. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, or just some cozy cuddles, I've got it covered.

Looking forward to meeting you and your beloved pets!

Flor

I'm a dog Mum to a beautiful Maltese mix. Trained wildlife carer with four years experience working with: possums, lizards, pythons, parrots, cockatoos, swans, seabirds and kangaroos. Loves all creatures great and small - especially dogs! I have experience looking after unusual pets as well like Fancy Rats, goats and rabbits.
Available for dog walking and daily check ups on your pets. Available to administer medicine as well.
When walking dogs it's important for them to take time to use all their senses to enjoy the environment. Outdoor walks are their version of reading/watching TV so it's important that they are allowed time to sniff and mark their territory. Play and socialising are important for dogs as well. When they sniff under another dog's tail they find out the other dog's age, gender and diet. It's important for dogs to make new friends.
Rats, rabbits and other furry creatures are intelligent and need exercise and stimulation as much as dogs/cats do. Let's have a fluffy play date!

Hello, My name is Eric, I am 27 years old. I've been born and raised in Dublin, Ireland but have recently moved to Perth
I have 6 years experience as an animal care attendant in UCD veterinary hospital. I'm only new to pet sitting but I have a lot of experience with dogs as I've always been brought up with them all my life and currently have three lurchers at home.
I would be very comfortable with all dogs and due to working in UCD I do have some experience with cats. I'd be open and willing to mind other animals. I can also administer oral tablets to your dogs if needs be as I do this regularly in my job.
I'm available to look after your pets during the day or throughout the night to pet sit but cannot take anymore dogs into my home as it would be abit crammed!
AVAILABILITY: Monday to Friday morning.
Additionally my job has given me great experience for caring for sick animals so I'm very experienced in caring for animals with additional needs.

Hello, I am a pet sitter and dog walker. I am absolutely obsessed with dogs. I have been around dogs my entire life.
Jimmy is my dog at home and is now a very old man so unfortunately he can't join me on my walks anymore. I grew up with jack russels and foxies. While living in Wellington I regularly walked dogs and looked after them while their owners were away. I have a wide variety of experience with different sizes/breeds of dogs.
I am currently unemployed as I have been backpacking in Europe for last 8 months. Whilst overseas I house sat and looked after peoples dogs.
I am going on walks every day, rain or shine and would to have some doggo friends join me. I believe every walk is better when you have a dog to join you.
I am patient, calm and kind with animals. I don't have any commitments at the moment so my schedule is flexible. I am able to do walks any time of the day, whatever suits you.
I am highly capable of following instructions and implementing any training that you would like.
I do a variety of shorter walks, dog parks, trail walks and longer walks. I can tailor my walks to your preference, length, location, trails, dog parks etc. I also really enjoy taking photos on my walks so I will keep you updated with regular photos of your furry friends on our walks.

Hi, my name's Finn and 24 years old. Born & raised in Ireland, and in 2019 transferred to UWA to complete my studies as a mechanical engineer of which I have one more year left of my master’s degree. Currently working full-time as a vac student for a Dutch engineering company called Fugro.
A friend of mine recently told me about Pawshake and I thought it would be a brilliant opportunity for me as I love dogs and all animals but unfortunately can't have any of my own as I live in an apartment block which doesn't allow pets. Although with my busy schedule, I don't think it would be right having any pets of my own as I couldn't commit enough time to take care of them.
I'm a very active person who loves the outdoors and I see this as a brilliant opportunity to motivate myself to explore more of Perth's parks, beaches, and forest trails and better yet I'd have a companion to do it. As I'm working full-time, it's much less about the money and more so something I'd just really enjoy.
I had two dogs growing up (Ali & Diego) who were a cross between a border collie and a springer spaniel, as you can see in one of the photos I've uploaded (black & white dogs). We trained them very well and I never struggled to keep them under control which of course is a detrimental factor to being a good/safe dog owner. Additionally, I've looked after many friends, family and partners dogs which I've bonded with and taken great joy in minding.
I'm looking to start dog walking during my time off on the weekends but I'm also considering try to fit walks in before or after work on weekdays too. This is something I'd be willing to discuss with owners depending on their needs. I also have my own car so I can pick-up & drop-off as needed.
