"Natasha was great with our pup Mitzie. Mitzie is a rescue that we have had for only 4 months so we were worried about leaving her for over 2 weeks. Natasha provided the consistency with Mitzie's walking and feeding routine to minimize the change with "the pack." Would happily recommend Natasha to any dog owner."

"Michael is very professional in his capacity as a Dog Walker. His communication skills are excellent in both content and timeliness. I noticed that his demeanour is very calm and friendly, which in turn, made me feel comfortable. And Poppy felt it too because she has already started the bonding process with him."

"Lucy walked Carlo my dog while I was away and he was staying at my parents.
She was communicative and very easy to deal with. My boy must have loved his walks with her because my mother said he was very excited when she came over. Thanks Lucy for Carlo’s outings, it was nice to know he was in good hands. "

"I was heading away overseas for 12 nights and my elderly parents were looking after Ned my 1 year old active Border Collie and couldn't walk him. I met Vicky and instantly knew she was the one to walk my boy who I am very protective of. I booked Vicky for 12 days straight and she picked Ned up at the agreed time of 11am every morning. Ned adored Vicky. My parents said he would wait at the door from 10am every morning waiting to see her for his walk. Vicky took him on a new adventure every day to different places to explore for over an hour. She sent photos and her communication was excellent. I couldn't rate Vicky highly enough and would recommend her to anyone to walk and look after their pets. I will certainly be using Vicky again for dog walks when I am next away. Thanks Vicky from Sophie and Ned x"

"Sheng is an excellent dog walker. Trustworthy, friendly and very patient with our 9 year old Kelpie. When our dog was shy and hesitant at first, he took his time to comfort her and his patience with her was outstanding. Now they're besties, he's even managed to teach the old gal new tricks. We would definitely recommend him!"

Frequently asked questions about dog walking
Your dog walking questions answered
How do you choose your dog walkers?
We have hundreds of applications to Pawshake every week, but not all of them are accepted. After verification, we need to know details about the experience, pet care knowledge and services provided by each applicant. As our standards are very high, most don't make it to our search pages.
Do your dog walkers service all of Adelaide?
Our dog walkers are real Adelaidian community members who simply adore caring for dogs. As such, you can find someone to walk your dog no matter where you live in the city, anywhere from the beautiful beaches to the gorgeous Adelaide Hills.
How do I find an Adelaide-based dog walker?
You are only a few clicks or taps away from finding your perfect personal dog walker. Enter your location and start browsing - you can also make your search faster by adding the dates you need and using our search filters. Send a message, arrange a meet and greet then return to book.
Is it worth paying for dog walking?
The long term health and happiness of your dog really depends on getting regular outdoor exercise. If they don't get out and about often enough, your dog can suffer from behavioural and health issues such as anxiety and boredom, or even weight gain. No time to walk? Pawshake can help.
