"Johanna has been an amazing sitter while we were away and had to leave our three cats alone for the first time for about three weeks. She was very affectionate to our pets and send daily photos with cute little notes which put us at ease that they are getting the best possible care. Johanna has also great attention to details and noticed an eye problem with one of our cats and notified us and kindly administered his medication daily and provided daily improvements. This was our first time having a sitter to look after our cats and Johanna made us very comfortable and confident in her care and taking care of our pets. Johanna is great with communication and very responsible. I appreciate all her work and will definitely ask for her assistance in future. "

"Mary is amazing! She took such great care of my two cats while I was away, one who is very anxious and one who is a very fussy eater. Mary took the time to get to know them over a few visits before I went away which I really appreciated. Both my cats were very comfortable and relaxed with her, one of my cats really isn't a fan of new people but she loved Mary ❤️ I had a list of things required for my cats and nothing was too much trouble for Mary, she's fantastic! I got daily updates and photos, this was the first time I haven't been anxious about leaving my pets in someone else's care. "We are so grateful to have found Ashley on Pawshake. She exceeded our expectations and we felt completely at ease knowing our chihuahua Lily and rag doll Willow were in her care. She was consistently on time for visits and followed our detailed pet care instructions to a tee. Ashley went over and above doing more than requested and left everything very clean. Our Lily does not generally like or trust anyone new, but Ashley was able to pick her up and hold her by the second day. "Had a frantic morning rushing for work and did not have time to walk my dogs so they could go potty. I booked Chloe & Cameron for a house visit so the dogs could go out back and have a little run and do their thing. "Ruth is incredible. Communication was excellent and she was able to be flexible for our face to face meet and greet. She even went above and beyond when the chooks got out of the pen due to the high winds. She cleaned up all the chooks dropping left around the outside to ensure we were coming home to a house as clean as we left it. Most importantly the animals were all very happy and probably a little sad to see me back in the house and not Ruth. Especially the cat which I know Ruth had spent time playing with and patting as she had sent several images and videos of all the affection she was getting. For all future away stays I will now need to ensure Ruth's availability before organising anything as I know I will be coming home to very happy, well cared for animals. "
