My focus is to enrich the lives of the animals we share our homes with by understanding what their behaviours reveal.  Cats and dogs will 'act out' when under stress which can be due to a number of factors and can include simple things: where does pet sleep; how many fresh water bowls are available. They will often show behaviours that most people are unaware are signs of stress. This can include: hyper activity; inappropriate toileting; aggression; incessant barking; extinguished behaviours that return. Can also address fear phobias and concerning reactivity. My practical and theoretical knowledge has informed an holistic approach to helping you and your animal overcome the stress. Can recommend how to have a cat friendly purrfect home to satisfy cats needs and welfare.The consultation involves  2 hour  home visit listening to your concerns and assessing the dogs/ cat behaviour. We live in jerrabomberra and after travelling Australia with the military we decided to call Canberra home.We love pets and know how important it is that they are part of the family and feel loved. We are keen to share our love of animals and pet sit your animal in their home while you are away. With 4 boys we always have plenty of hands to walk, play and show affection to your pet so they don't feel like they are missing out while you are away. We want your pet to feel comfortable so keeping them in their environment is key to stability. We can also water plants, collect mail and put out or collect bins during our visit with your pet. we dont take pets into our home as we have an older pug who likes her space but more than happy to stop in to your house several times a day.
