"I had to leave my special needs cat while away overseas. I chose Leticia at the recommendation of my cats specialist. Leticia was the perfect choice! She is very caring, attentive, follows instructions very carefully and easily. Besides that she also went above and beyond cleaning up after any accidents my cat had, and there were quite a few. She also watered my plants! Most importantly she was able to administer my cats medication which changed daily depending on how she was. Of course we were able to keep in touch to discuss these things but Leticia was very competent in carrying out instructions for medication. My cat isn’t the easiest to give medicine to, but because Leticia is so caring my cat let her 😊Leticia sent me photos and videos every visit to keep me in the loop with how she was which was very comforting as I was very worried to leave my girl for over two weeks. I could tell in the videos how well they bonded with one another and that my cat trusted her entirely. Leticia always turned up to my house at the time she said she would. I found her to be extremely reliable and trustworthy. I recommend Leticia to anyone who is hesitant about leaving their fur baby behind to go away. She is absolutely amazing! "How lucky was I to have secured a 5 day booking with Marta only a week BEFORE I flew interstate!
Marta communicated consistently prior to our Meet & Greet, which eased my anxiety for having left it to last minute. I had warned Marta that Charli can bite before they met & of course - the second they were introduced Charli made me to be a liar! 😂 My chunky ball of fluff fell for Marta immediately 🥰 She couldn't get enough pats & I knew immediately that it was a great match.
During our booking, Marta kept me updated with many cute photos, took care of Charli's basic needs & even spent quality time with her, allowing her to get some supervised outside time in my small backyard which Charli absolutely loves!
This was my first time using a Pet Sitter because my girl doesn't cope well in a cattery (I learned the hard way!). I've relied on family to care for her before but with welcoming two newborns in 3 weeks - neither of my cousins were available. I had peace of mind knowing Charli was in her own home, getting some companionship each day & most importantly, her wet food for dinner 😂
This review is massive, but it's genuine & I'm grateful we had a great experience. I hope we will have you again Marta, I will be a returning client 💯

"The nicest person you'll ever meet!
Trustworthy, communicative, genuine care for your babies - you would be silly not to book Nicole. My wife and I had a 2 night stay away from our babies and not once did we feel worried or nervous that they were not getting the right care needed. In fact, I'm pretty sure Monty (our terrier) was a little annoyed seeing us walking through the door and not Nicole :P ;) They absolutely loved her and I cannot say enough praise and recommendations for Nicole. You best believe we will be contacting Nicole again in the future when we are going away.
