The communication has been really good and they have updated me daily and spend a few hours each day to spend time with my fur babies. "Yudy looked after our pets for a week, she is absolutely fantastic. Her communication is second to none - messages received daily to reassure us everyone was ok.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Yudy to anyone who wants an absolutely trustworthy carer for their pets. We will be using Yudy again given the opportunity to travel presents itself.

"We are genuinely so happy with our experience with Nicole. She was absolutely fabulous is caring for our cats. When the dry food dispenser was not working properly, she was so willing to help download the app on her phone and configured everything required to fix it. Our cats love her so much too and she did everything brilliantly based on our instructions. "How lucky was I to have secured a 5 day booking with Marta only a week BEFORE I flew interstate!
Marta communicated consistently prior to our Meet & Greet, which eased my anxiety for having left it to last minute. I had warned Marta that Charli can bite before they met & of course - the second they were introduced Charli made me to be a liar! 😂 My chunky ball of fluff fell for Marta immediately 🥰 She couldn't get enough pats & I knew immediately that it was a great match.
During our booking, Marta kept me updated with many cute photos, took care of Charli's basic needs & even spent quality time with her, allowing her to get some supervised outside time in my small backyard which Charli absolutely loves!
This was my first time using a Pet Sitter because my girl doesn't cope well in a cattery (I learned the hard way!). I've relied on family to care for her before but with welcoming two newborns in 3 weeks - neither of my cousins were available. I had peace of mind knowing Charli was in her own home, getting some companionship each day & most importantly, her wet food for dinner 😂
This review is massive, but it's genuine & I'm grateful we had a great experience. I hope we will have you again Marta, I will be a returning client 💯

"It was so lovely to go away and relax knowing that all my fur baby's were in good care. When I got home the bunnies were happy the cat was curled up snoozing in his sunny spot by the window and all the chooks hadn't even noticed were had gone anywhere. Also we forgot to tell Olivia about the fish tanks so she had her hands full. Thanks so much Olivia and we will be calling on you again for sure."

"I felt comfortable about leaving my cats in Alex's care as soon as I met her. She obviously loves animals and my cats seemed to like her.
communication was excellent with regular updates, including pictures.
my house was tidy and clean when we got back. cats were happy and not stressed at all.
I will be using Alex again if we go away. it was really good to have that peace of mind that my cats were safe and well looked after.
