"I was really happy with the care Jess gave my cats. Before I went away, Jess was very happy to come round for a meet and greet and took the time to answer all my questions. This really helped me get to know her and feel comfortable trusting her with my fur kids and my home.
While I was away, Jess was great at keeping in touch and sent me lots of photos and updates, which was lovely and reassuring. She followed my instructions, made sure the cats were fed and watered, and cleaned up after them.
It was also clear that Jess really enjoyed spending time with the cats and genuinely cared about how they were doing. I came home to happy, well-looked-after cats, which is exactly what you hope for when you leave them in someone else’s care.

"Belle looked after our kitten for two weeks while we were away, and we honestly could not have asked for a better cat sitter. From the very beginning, she made us feel completely calm and reassured that our baby was safe, loved, and well cared for.
We came home to a happy, relaxed, and incredibly affectionate kitten - honestly the most cuddly and loving we’ve ever seen her. It was so clear that Belle spent genuine time with her and took amazing care of her emotional wellbeing, not just the basics.
Our home was also left in perfect condition, and throughout the trip we felt very comfortable knowing everything was under control. Belle is kind, trustworthy, reliable, and clearly loves animals very much.

"My two cats loved having Yasmin look after them over 4 days (combination of 1 and 2 visits a day) while I went interstate.
Yasmin shared daily photos, where it was clear they felt really comfortable in her company - even my anxious cat! She was reliable and consistent with her visit times, and had great communication.
Yasmin also made sure the cats had consistency of care, following the list of left care needs and sharing updates of tasks done each visit.

"Zaheera is AMAZING! We were let down by our previously booked pet sitter the day before we were due to go away. Hours later we were able to get in contact with Zaheera and she was kind enough to come over that very same night to meet all our pets and run through their routine. Our plans were very unpredictable and Zaheera was able to accommodate additional days at short notice. She gave us detailed daily updates along with photos. We were amazed that even the most timid of our cats were not only comfortable with Zaheera but approached her for pats! It was clear she cared for them.
