"I'm so grateful to Sachi for taking care of my 2 dogs, cat and fish while I was overseas for a month. I was stressed about leaving them but felt that having a carer come to my home was a better option than leaving them in a boarding kennel, especially my senior dog who is a bit lame and on daily medication.
I met Sachi in my home and as soon as he met the dogs I felt immediately comfortable with him. He is calm and professional and at the same time respectful and professional. I explained what I needed him to do, how often, what medication to give and when along with details like indoor accidents, changing kitty litter and emergency contacts. I interviewed other carers but felt that Sachi was just right for my needs and so offered him the job which he accepted.
We met again shortly before I left just to go over everything again and then I was off.
He kept me informed every visit, twice a day with a photo diary and daily updates and he even did a supermarket run when the dog food ran low! He was really such a great person and he cleaned up accidents and let me know everyday of what was going on. He even put my bins out!

"Niamh was an amazing cat sitter! Our cat ended up getting quite ill while we were away, and she recognised that he wasn’t himself and called straight away so we could get him to the vet. Our other cat was a fan of her as well. Feel very safe leaving our cats in her care. Would definitely recommend and would happily have her back when we need a sitter again 🫶"

"My v timid cat Sid makes himself very sick with stress and anxiety if he is left at home with just pet feeder visits, so I now send him to my local vets to board when I am away.
I asked Nicholas to do one visit to the vet per day for a week just to give him some attention and get him out and walking around the surgery a bit to stretch his legs. The vet nurses take great care of him but they also have lot's of other things they need to do so I wanted Sid to have some extra visits.
Nic was great with him and understood that as a v shy cat it would take a little time for him to warm up to a new visitor.
He kept me updated after each visit as to how he was doing and was really good with him.
I would very much recommend getting Nic to mind your cat when you are away, he is conscientious and friendly and understands cats that may be, shall we say a bit 'eccentric' :)
I will certainly be asking Nic to visit or mind Sid again in the future."

"Kylie went above and beyond when looking after my fur baby. I received updates and pictures every day letting me know that all was ok. Kylie administered medicine, fed and watered and took Tilly for a walk. Kylie is trustworthy and I want to thank her so much for the care she gave to Tilly. "Lou is AHH-MAZING!!!!! Lou went above and beyond and treated my fur babies with the most genuine love and care. Lots of pics and videos I could clearly see they loved her and were well taken care of. There were a few situations on her visits that were outside the normal scope of a pet sitter and I couldn’t be more grateful with how Lou took it on with understanding and flexibility. "Jhess was a delight! I came home to a happy and well-fed cat; it’s like I never left. Jhess communicated frequently and consistently with videos and updates. She established a bond with Luno very quickly and because of this, I was able to put my mind at ease while I was away. Jhess was very responsive and attentive to Luno’s needs (e.g., cleaning Luno’s eyes, giving him laxatives every morning, checking to make sure his bowels were regular, a lot of cuddling and sitting with him). The automatic pet feeder broke down while I was away, and I wouldn’t have realised if Jhess hadn’t alerted me to it. I highly recommend Jhess if you’re looking for someone to care for your fur baby. I am using her services again in July/August. 😇"
