"We felt quite uncertain about using a service like this - but on meeting Erika were totally reassured. She is very clearly someone who loves animals and looking after them, which was obvious when we had our meet and greet.
Erika looked after our cat and two budgies, ensuring they were fed daily and litter changed. Also spent some time with them - which they certainly appreciated by the photos!
We recommend both Erika, and also giving Pawshake a go.

"I am eternally grateful for Jennifer’s wonderful care of my cats. From the very beginning, she communicated clearly, responded promptly, and was incredibly receptive to all of my requests. She took the time to understand their routine and made sure it was maintained as closely as possible.
Jennifer completely put my mind at ease throughout the process. She followed my instructions carefully, kept me updated with regular messages, and was reliable and punctual. Everything went smoothly, and I felt confident knowing my little ones were in such caring and capable hands.

"My v timid cat Sid makes himself very sick with stress and anxiety if he is left at home with just pet feeder visits, so I now send him to my local vets to board when I am away.
I asked Nicholas to do one visit to the vet per day for a week just to give him some attention and get him out and walking around the surgery a bit to stretch his legs. The vet nurses take great care of him but they also have lot's of other things they need to do so I wanted Sid to have some extra visits.
Nic was great with him and understood that as a v shy cat it would take a little time for him to warm up to a new visitor.
He kept me updated after each visit as to how he was doing and was really good with him.
I would very much recommend getting Nic to mind your cat when you are away, he is conscientious and friendly and understands cats that may be, shall we say a bit 'eccentric' :)
I will certainly be asking Nic to visit or mind Sid again in the future."

"I'm so grateful to Sachi for taking care of my 2 dogs, cat and fish while I was overseas for a month. I was stressed about leaving them but felt that having a carer come to my home was a better option than leaving them in a boarding kennel, especially my senior dog who is a bit lame and on daily medication.
I met Sachi in my home and as soon as he met the dogs I felt immediately comfortable with him. He is calm and professional and at the same time respectful and professional. I explained what I needed him to do, how often, what medication to give and when along with details like indoor accidents, changing kitty litter and emergency contacts. I interviewed other carers but felt that Sachi was just right for my needs and so offered him the job which he accepted.
We met again shortly before I left just to go over everything again and then I was off.
He kept me informed every visit, twice a day with a photo diary and daily updates and he even did a supermarket run when the dog food ran low! He was really such a great person and he cleaned up accidents and let me know everyday of what was going on. He even put my bins out!
If you are looking for true animal lover with a great sense of responsibility you can trust Sachi to help. I sincerely recommend him and without hesitation will contact him again for the next holiday care. Ten out of ten!!!"

"Velvet was just perfect. She was an extremely respectful, and conscientious individual. We had great communication at all stages and she was very flexible in helping us with our pets. This was the first time we have used Velvet, but we fully intend to use her services in the future. "Lou is AHH-MAZING!!!!! Lou went above and beyond and treated my fur babies with the most genuine love and care. Lots of pics and videos I could clearly see they loved her and were well taken care of. There were a few situations on her visits that were outside the normal scope of a pet sitter and I couldn’t be more grateful with how Lou took it on with understanding and flexibility.
