"Lily took great care of Treacle and Crumpet while I was away for a few days. My cats can be quite aloof, but Lily was very patient with them and already started to win them over. She sent daily updates with photos so I was able to relax knowing my babies were in very capable hands. All of the cat things (bowls, litter etc) were clean and tidy upon my return and I swear the cats looked disappointed when they saw me instead of Lily! I'll definitely be booking Lily again :)"

"Loes is definitely the best cat carer in Canberra! Using her knowledge and skills she met my shy and anxious cat, Belle, with a soft, gentle, reassuring and empathetic approach to build rapport, and within a short time had her feeling safe, comfortable and relaxed in her care. She provided Belle with all the care and attention she needed, including stimulation and enrichment to help counter the boredom and loneliness whilst I was away. She changed up her toys, set up different activities and environments using available resources, played with her, and even put on classical music for Belle during her visits to soothe her and provide additional stimulation.
The updates and pictures I received of Belle and her latest activities were welcome snapshots, that allowed me to stay connected, and showed the wonderful care she was receiving. It felt as though Loes cared as much about Belle as I do and I would definitely recommend her services. It is such a relief for me to know that she is available to look after Belle as I know she will make every effort to make her happy when I am away. "

"We have never seen our three babies (a dog and two cats) more relaxed after being left with a sitter. Annie really treats her charges as if they were her own, with gentleness and care. We received photo updates and notes, especially about our little female scaredy cat. By the end of their time together, she was greeting Annie instead of hiding like she usually does. "I recommend Nicola, she is amazing with cats. She visited my cats daily at home and they both adored her. When I cam home it was like I was never away.
