"Loes is definitely the best cat carer in Canberra! Using her knowledge and skills she met my shy and anxious cat, Belle, with a soft, gentle, reassuring and empathetic approach to build rapport, and within a short time had her feeling safe, comfortable and relaxed in her care. She provided Belle with all the care and attention she needed, including stimulation and enrichment to help counter the boredom and loneliness whilst I was away. She changed up her toys, set up different activities and environments using available resources, played with her, and even put on classical music for Belle during her visits to soothe her and provide additional stimulation.
The updates and pictures I received of Belle and her latest activities were welcome snapshots, that allowed me to stay connected, and showed the wonderful care she was receiving. It felt as though Loes cared as much about Belle as I do and I would definitely recommend her services. It is such a relief for me to know that she is available to look after Belle as I know she will make every effort to make her happy when I am away. "

"I highly recommend Ying! I booked her for two weeks and she'd shown consistent dedication not to the thing that she does but to the pets.
She exceeded my expectations by keeping my cats entertained by bringing auto pet toys while she is doing some other pet sitting stuff. She kept my cats' bowls, litter boxes and the toilet clean and tidy.
She took good care of the situation when my cats had an accidents - vomits on carpet, wee on floor, etc. She made me not to worry about it.

"Esther was fantastic! She came to meet our cat before we went away, and she made the time to make a connection with him. She really listened and was very diligent in providing the best care. "My husband and I had Ruby take care of our fluffy rescue cat, Snuggles, 2 x a day over a 10 day period approximately. We have been extremely appreciative of her care for Snuggles over this time. She would always update us, send photos, and contact us when she had any questions or concerns such as when Snuggles vomited one time and on an extra hot day appeared overheated. At this time she took particular care to meet Snuggle's needs and we arrived home to a well-groomed, peaceful and happy cat:) My husband and I highly recommend Ruby to take care of any of your animals such as cats, dogs or any other sort! "I recommend Nicola, she is amazing with cats. She visited my cats daily at home and they both adored her. When I cam home it was like I was never away. The cats were well fed, cared for, played with and loved. Nicola was great with managing the special diet for one of my cats and he continued to get healthier during my holiday! I got kitty updates to stay in touch with things at home and Nicola was able to add additional time when I needed to extend the home visits.
