"Marion was absolutely amazing! She took such wonderful care of our four bunnies while we were overseas. My partner and I were quite nervous about leaving them behind, but Marion instantly put us at ease with her excellent communication and regular photo updates. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive especially on hot days in Melbourne keeping us informed and making sure our apartment stayed cool and comfortable for the rabbits. She was so kind to my cat Mabel and so dedicated to providing the service I hired her for, she came back a couple of times when the job couldn’t be completed which she wasn’t expected to do (but I very much appreciated it). They go above and beyond. They took care of all 3 of our animals while overseas, 2 visits a day and dog walking: sent me photos every visit updating me on each of the animals. Cleaned the areas each animal uses and maintained the cleanliness of the entire house. We extended our holiday and kept them on without any worry or concern for our animals.
