I’m a full-time accountant by day and a total dog lover the rest of the time. I work from the office just two days a week (flexible days) and I’m usually free on weekends — perfect for extra pup time!

I’m an approved foster carer for retired racing greyhounds and the go-to “dog auntie” for my friends and neighbours whenever they go away. Basically, if there’s a wagging tail nearby, I’m probably involved. 🐾

I live in a townhouse-style apartment with a spacious, fenced courtyard where your pup can safely stretch their paws (see picture!). Right next door is Coburg Lake and the Merri Creek trail — endless spots to sniff, roll, and explore.

I’m experienced with all kinds of breeds, including working dogs, and I’m also trained and comfortable using e-collars for dogs who are familiar with them.

My own dog, Maple, is a friendly but very enthusiastic German Shepherd who loves making new friends and sharing toys (well, most of the time 😄). She isn’t spayed yet, as her vet recommended waiting until she’s over two years old to ensure she has the hormones needed to support proper growth and development, especially since she’s a large breed. Which means I can only accept female dogs or desexed male dogs.

For peace of mind, I hold a valid Police Check and Working With Children Check.

Frequent updates will be provided, and I’m always contactable during reasonable hours.

I’ve already got almost all of the basics covered (bowls, toys, poo bags, bed and more), that’s one less thing for you to worry about.

I’m also working closely with a professional trainer to train my own dog and have a solid understanding of dog obedience training. I’ll make sure to maintain your pup’s training and routines throughout their stay so everything stays consistent. 🐾

I’ll take the time to listen carefully and follow your instructions to make sure your pup is looked after exactly the way you like. Most of the time, they’ll probably be found right next to me on the couch, snuggled up and living their best life. 🐶💛
