Hi! I'm Kay, and I'm keen to meet your furry friends, care for them and keep them happy while you're away. I'm available any time in the day or evening if your pets need daytime company or walks. I have no other pets at home. Happy to travel up to 5km from Mona Vale for walks or home visits.

I have shared my life with cats and dogs all my life, and coming to Australia from England 20 years ago gave me a fantastic opportunity to work with the Cats Protection Society in Sydney, fostering cats at home and watching them grow up. All had been abandoned and some were scared, some kittens I looked after were 2 days old. I cared for many older cats and young litters of kittens, socialising, calming and making them happy until they were old enough to be adopted.
I then adopted 2 rescue cats, Coral and Milo, as forever cats.
This fostering experience showed me the joy and satisfaction of helping vulnerable, sad and scared cats become boisterous, happy and well balanced cats ready to live with parents and children.
I have taken holidays and travelled in my camper van and each time I have used this pet sitting service myself, which gave me the comfort knowing my cats were looked after at home and happy while I was away. I also know what a pet owner needs and expects from a sitter, including cuddles, brushing, playing, or just sitting calmly in their own home just like you do.
I've been involved in looking after, training and socialising my son's active young kelpie and I love the outdoors and would love to take long dog walks and run along with your dog if they fancy stretching their legs.

I have been a regular house sitter for various dogs and cats around Sydney throughout 2023 and can provide excellent references.
I no longer work so I am available during the day if you're at work or away, this gives your dog or cat the luxury of daytime company at my place.
