I am currently 20, studying at la trobe and working at an aged care centre in brighton, as well as working at Monash Hospital for pain specialist. At the moment, I am finding i have more free time than I need, and thought what better way to spend it than looking after animals!! As per aged care requirements, I am police checked, have my NDIS certificate, and have a working with childrens check (employee). I am originally from New Zealand but moved to bayside in 2018. I am an animal lover with 2 Huskies, and 1 husky/ GSD, however only the third lives with me. He is desexed and microchipped, slightly anxious around men but loves other dogs. My house is fenced and we tend to keep the backdoor open so the dogs can move in and out at their own will. We live around the corner from an off leash dog area that is just perfect for zoomies and socialising with local dogs. I have fostered dogs for five years- only stopping last year as i ended up adopting my foster. I have looked after pets as a volunteer all my life, and as an employee for the past two years. I am comfortable giving tablets and medication- and have a lot of experience in training puppies to go to the loo outside.
