Hi there! My name is Jaimie, I am 22 years of age and I work full-time in the legal sector. 

After spending the day looking at computer screens, I love nothing more than getting out and about, and dog walking is a great excuse for some exercise. 

Due to my weekday working hours, I am currently only able to do evening walks and visits. Otherwise, I am available at any time on weekends!

Animals are a big passion of mine and a huge part of my life.

I am currently a member of the following animal welfare organisations and make monthly donations to same: 

• The WWF; 
• The RSPCA; and  
• The Animal Justice Party.

I currently have a 14-year-old Maltese and two 6-month-old guinea pigs.

My senior puppy is no longer able to walk too far, so I have since purchased her a pram so that she can still get out for some fresh air each day.

The pet pram is transportable and I am able to use it for any other pets looking for some fresh air without constant walking. Even where a pet may not be able to walk continuously for 30-60 minutes, I like to let the animals out of the pram for a sniff and a bit of exercise until they're ready to go back into their royal chariot.

I enjoy walking by parks/beaches for nice scenery and different views and smells for the dogs. I am able to walk up to three small dogs at a time, but can otherwise manage handling bigger/stronger dogs one at a time. I like to take them in an enclosed park/grass areas for some added exercise and socialisation. Most importantly, I always clean up after the animals. 

I have experience caring for a varierty of pets, including: 

• Larger dog breeds such as Border Collies, Labradors and German Shepards; 
• Stronger, enerjetic dog breeds such as Staffies and Jack Russels; 
• Small dogs breeds such as Shih Tzus and Malteses; 
• Flemish Giant rabbits; 
• Shorthair guinea pigs; 
• Shorthair and ragdoll cats; and 
• Budgies!

I am able to administer any oral mediations, attend to washing and drying pets, transport animals in a pet car seat, and of course give them lots of care and affection! 

I have a variety of pet grooming combs and brushes, and love to sit down with my animals and make sure they're looking their very best.

I have recently completed my foster carer courses for Dogs, Cats, Rabbits and Guinea Pigs with the RSPCA as I hope to be able to care for more animals in need.

Until September 2026, I will only be attending to caring for pets in their own homes. Following which, I will be moving into a bigger home and will happily care for pets in my own home.
