Hi, I’m Niamh, a 26-year-old from Ireland now living in Melbourne. I hold a Degree in Animal Behaviour from Liverpool John Moores University, and caring for animals has always been my passion.

After recently losing my beloved Labrador, Charlie, before moving to Australia, I’ve come to appreciate even more the joy and companionship dogs bring to our lives.

I’d love to care for your pet as if they were my own, providing plenty of love, attention, and affection while you’re away. If you’re looking for someone reliable, caring, and genuinely passionate about dogs, I’d be delighted to meet your furry friend. 🐾💛🖤

I am currently available evenings and weekends as I work 9-5 Monday to Friday ⏰

I am available for House Sitting Monday through Sunday, provided the dog is comfortable being left alone between 9am -5pm on weekdays. I also prefer bookings that are within reasonable distance from my home and workplace, please feel free to send me a message for more info😊

House Sitting

While I am not a certified dog trainer, I am happy to assist with basic training such as simple commands and leash walking.

I offer Doggy Day Care and Dog Boarding mainly on weekends, with longer-term stays available by arrangement. Because my roommate and I work opposite shifts, there’s almost always someone at home to give your dog plenty of attention, care, and company.

We’re lucky to have a small dog park right outside our apartment, as well as easy access to great walking spots. The Yarra River trails are just a short walk away, and Port Melbourne Beach and its foreshore walking tracks as well as Fawkner park are only a quick tram ride from our home. Your dog will have plenty of opportunities for exercise, play, and adventure while staying with us. 🐾

For home visits 🏡 I can stay for up to two hours, with the possibility of longer visits if required. During these visits, I am also happy to help with feeding the dog, cleaning the dog area, watering plants, collecting mail, or putting bins out as instructed by the owner.

I offer dog walks of up to one hour per dog 🐕 , with longer walks available upon request. Walks can take place in the dog’s local area, including nearby parks or the beach.
