I am an International student from Colombia living currently in Sydney. I have more than 5 years of experience in pet sitting and dog walking. I was a dog walker for a year and a half in City Sniffers. With my passion for animals and experience in pet care, I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the care and well-being of pets.

I have always had a deep love for animals, especially dogs and I have been a dog owner and dog caregiver throughout my life (as you can see in one of my pictures where I am happily surrounded by dogs since I was little). As pet sitter and dog walker, I handled dogs and cats of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I am also proud to call myself the parent of a rescue dog that had many fear and reactivity issues, that experience with her helped me understand the importance of maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive. 

As a pet sitter, I have performed a wide range of tasks, including feeding, walking, bathing, and providing enriching activities for dogs and cats.

What to expect if you request my services?

• I will always ask the pet owner for medical issues, allergies, as well as behavioral triggers to make sure your pet is always safe. That is why I will ask you to fill out a form with all the important information I need to know before commencing my job as a caregiver. This form includes important emergency contact info, allergies, medical issues, medication administration, behavioral triggers, things I can do to make your pet feel more comfortable, vets you trust in case it is needed, etc. This form will help me have quick and easy access to fundamental information for me to deliver a great service.
• I can administer oral medication to dogs and cats or any kind of companion mammal. I have experience administering small shots like Ozempic on cats as well.
• I do not offer training as a service but I do apply basic obedience techniques for dogs to trust me as a caregiver (e.g. sit, heel, stay, down, come, etc.). 
• For home visits: I would stay with the pets as long as needed (if I have the availability). I would always convene with the pet owner about how long would they need me to stay. I am also a plant lover so I would happily water your plants or help you with anything else you need to get done at your place while I'm there.
