Hello! I’m Hana, a Vietnamese dog lover living in Springvale South with my husband and our two teenage daughters. We are a dog-loving family and I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your beloved fur baby. 

I have over 7 years of experience raising and caring for our own dogs from puppyhood. This has taught me the importance of patience, routine, safety and understanding each dog’s individual personality and needs. 

I became a pet sitter because I genuinely love dogs and enjoy having them around. I treat every dog in my care like a member of our family, providing plenty of love, attention, cuddles, playtime and companionship throughout the day. I understand that every dog is different. Whether your pup is playful, energetic, shy or prefers a quieter environment, I will take the time to help them feel safe, comfortable and loved.

• Safe & Secure Environment: A spacious house (3 bedrooms, open-plan living) with fully fenced front and backyards (fortified with wire mesh). Your pup can freely run around and sunbathe with 100% constant supervision.

• Daily Walks: Located near 2 large parks and 3 smaller green spaces for wonderful outdoor strolls on nice days.

• Opportunities to socialise with other friendly dogs

• A Real Holiday Experience: While you enjoy your trip, your pup gets their own getaway! Beyond neighborhood walks, weekend car trips to explore scenic spots and fresh air are available (with your permission ).

• Daily Peace of Mind: Daily photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pup is happy and well cared for

⚠️ House Rules & Safety Requirements:

• Size: Small & Medium dogs only (under 20kg).

• Behavior: Fully house-trained, friendly, and social with other dogs.

• Group Environment: I do not offer 1-on-1 care, as my goal is to maintain a safe, friendly, family-style space where pups can socialize.

• Health (Mandatory): Up-to-date vaccinations (vaccination certificate required) alongside regular flea, tick, and worm treatments.

• Privacy & Security: To ensure the safety and privacy of all resident pups, all Meet & Greets and pick-ups/drop-offs take place in our secure front yard.

When you’re away enjoying your holiday, I believe your dog deserves a wonderful holiday of their own — filled with love, fun, comfort and plenty of care.
