Hello, I’m Jin(HyoJin Yang) from South Korea. I was a vet in South Korea and worked as a curator at Seoul Zoo before moving to Australia. I have a deep love for all animals—dogs, cats, and wildlife alike.

I volunteered with the RSPCA as a dog walker and farm animal caretaker and am volunteering at Currumbin wildlife hospital their wildlife hospital.

I offer 30-minute dog-walking and house-sitting services for busy pet owners, and I’m also available for cat-sitting. My house-sitting services include spending around 30 minutes with your pet, providing enrichment such as playtime, cuddles, or a walk 

Training is available upon request. I studied Positive Reinforcement training through the Karen Pryor Academy in the United States and the Delta Society in Australia, and I am certified by the Council for Professional Dog Trainers.

As an animal caretaker and trainer, I never use aversive methods. This means no choke chains, prong collars, or electric shock collars. Instead, I use Positive Reinforcement—a reward-based, humane approach that helps dogs learn while enjoying the experience. I typically use treats, toys, or verbal praise to encourage desired behaviours.

I also do not recommend flexi-cord leashes, as they can pose safety risks by allowing dogs to pull or accidentally drag their handlers.
