My name is Eliza, and I'm 49 years old. I've always loved spending time with animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with sheep, horses, budgies, dogs, cats, a bunny, and even a wild pig that used to visit us! I've trained half a dozen of my own pets since I was 7 years old 😁 😅

I have a fair amount of experience with many dog breeds and puppies, including German Shepherds, Cavoodles, and Bulldogs, plus many more, big and small. I'm confident, patient, and relaxed with animals. I love getting to know their personalities, every dog is so different regardless of breed.

I like to keep things calm and easygoing. That might mean a gentle stroll to stretch their legs and get some fresh air, a bit of ball play in the yard, or just settling in together on the couch for pats and quiet company. I take my cues from each dog, some love a bit of adventure, others are happiest curled up next to me, and I'm just as content either way.

Afterwards it's a big drink of water and snuggles on the couch... and yes, they're welcome to sleep on my bed too 😍 For older or more mellow dogs especially, I love spending relaxed time with them on the floor or couch, plenty of tummy scratches and love, but I'm just as happy to let them sit quietly if that's what they prefer.
