Hi, I'm a semi retired accountant and have been an animal lover my entire life and now have the time to look after others as well as my own. My husband and I live with Poppy, a very friendly Japanese Spitz, and until recently, Jasper, an 18 year old Birman.

For pets minded in our home we have a doggy door, polished floorboards and the ability to gate areas off to keep animals separated if necessary. We do require dogs to be up to date with their vacinations.

We have a large tennis court sized back yard so there is plenty of room for play. Our preference for overnight stays is for small to medium breeds but will consider older large dogs by request.

I have looked after the pets of friends and neighbours in both our home and theirs and will happily come to your house if that's your preference. I've had three cats of my own that have reached 18+ and enjoy pampering older fur babies, especially since losing my own beautiful boy. I also enjoy photographing pets and will do my best to take some happy snaps of your pet.

I will treat your pet like it's my own. I know what it's like to leave your pet behind while you're away and will do whatever I can to make sure your furbaby is happy and healthy when you return!
