About me

Hello! I am a 27 year old female full-time Designer living in Richmond, Melbourne. I live with three other full-time workers who all come from family's with dogs and cats. I grew up with two energetic boxer dogs and have had multiple cats. I have very happy memories of running around the garden as a kid with my brother, playing with the garden hose and our two dogs Hargen and Rorman. I was lucky to grow up with pets, this instilled my love for animals. During my years as a student, I gained a lot of experience in dog sitting, house sitting, and boarding as I have looked after family friends and neighbours' dogs.

Since leaving home and living independently, my flatmates and I cannot commit to owning pets and so I love looking after other pets, especially dogs. I am a very active person and often go for walks/runs around the Tan or the Yarra. This is something I would happily do with any capable dog.

Previous experience 

• Once a week I pick Bella (pug dog pictured in profile) up from her home walk her on the lead along the Yarra. Bella is well behaved with the bribery of food and loves going to the Tan to play fetch. 
• My boss often goes travelling and so I house sit for him at his family home as well as take care of his dog Luna (pitball/huntaway dog pictured in profile). Luna is fed once a day and is given oral medication three times a day. She obeys commands very well which means I can walk her off of the lead along the beach.
• Both of my flatmates have family dogs who come and stay over when their owners are out of town. We set their beds up in our lounge or in one of our bedrooms if the dog gets anxious. We live down a quiet side street with a decent backyard and a big warm lounge. 

Availability 

• Every Saturday and Sunday day and night  
• I work 9-5 and so I can be fully available outside of these times
