Hello!

About me:

My name is Rowena, and I'm an animal lover who would love to look after your pet for you! I adore animals of all kinds, and I only provide the utmost care when looking after your pet. I'm a Social Worker although I am currently studying to do my Masters Degree in International Development so I'm home a lot of the time. This means that I'm really flexible with my time and decided that this is the perfect opportunity for me to surround myself with more animals! I have my own dog, Gracie, who is an 9 year old Koolie x. I got her from a rescue organisation when she was 6 months old and she is the best little buddy I could ask for. I love to go on adventures with my dog, walks along the beach, socialise at the local dog park or anyone else we can go.

My experience with animals:

I have grown up with dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs and mice! I've worked on a dairy farm, volunteered for an animal shelter and while living in India I worked for an animal hospital/refuge assisting with dogs, cats, donkeys, cows and a monkey. When I was younger I did a course with the RSPCA on obedience training, so I'm good with basic dog training. I've always been a keen pet-sitter for my friends and family.

What I can offer:

I am currently available to have your pet stay at my house to provide the care he/she needs while you're away, either overnight stays or for daycare. I will give your beloved animal all the love and attention and cuddles they need. I can usually accommodate for any special needs etc., so please feel free to messge me and we can talk further. I'm also happy to send photos and updates.

As a dog owner, I understand how hard it is to trust other people with your pet, but I can provide the care needed to make sure your animal is well looked after, safe and happy.

Important to note:

I do not accept any male dogs over the age of 7 months that have NOT been desexed.
