Hi, I'm Denise and I offer small dog care in my home - short or long term.

Your pet will get awesome individual care and attention, while you're away and a daily walk (dog weather permitting).

I've grown up with dogs and had my own gorgeous Labrador for 13yrs. Abby was my soul dog and a big part of my family, as all pets in my life have been. I have always trained them well and they know their boundaries....and they are loved!

My Abby got her wings in December 2020 and I won't be adopting another furbaby, for a few different reasons. I love looking after other people's pets, as I treat them as my own and I get to enjoy doggy company for a little while.

I'm loving meeting different breeds and personalities. I love it even more when they return for another stay ...... nothing beats a dog happy to see me again :-)

I'm a photographer, so I don't have the traditional 9 to 5. I will be with your pet a lot and they will receive great care and personal attention.

Our Meet and Greet is a great opportunity to see if we will be a good fit for each other. A well balanced and social dog is great - makes going out and about more enjoyable - but I'm happy with a home body as well, due to age or reactive issues (I don't board dogs with known aggression issues).

I will maintain your pets routine and food schedule and I'm ok with chopping and cooking their food. I can administer whatever meds they're taking and I'm very inventive when giving medication in food, if they're not a fan of a pill straight down their throat.

Daily walks are a part of their stay. Happy to discuss and assess your dog's exercise needs and see if we are suited. I won't be the best boarder for extremely high energy or strong willed dogs who need long daily hikes.
