I had a cocker spaniel as a little boy and have loved dogs ever since.
Growing up in Adelaide we always had pets in the house. 
We had dogs, cats, rabbits, birds even a tortoise out the back at one stage.
I went travelling to the UK in 2000, ending up in living there 24 years (mainly Liverpool) and have just returned home here in January bringing my wife Gillian and 9 year old twin boys Thomas and James.
Whilst we settle into life here I want the boys to have animals in their life in this way before we commit to staying permenantly and at such time possibly even get our own family puppy or kitten to bring up.
The boys also tragically lost their little 5 year old silver tabby cat Millie to illness soon after we arrived here so joining Pawshake to bring anilmals into their lives is my motivation of helping the healing process aswell. 
I see this as the ideal situation for us to have pets around to fuss over and spend time with.
The boys simply adore animals and have been around them all of their lives. 
We lived opposite a park in Liverpool just by Penny Lane and would look after many of the neighbours dogs.
Opposite the house here is Henderson Reserve and we are half way between Heidelberg and Rosanna with plenty of local parks in the area. 
The property is safely fenced off with plenty of outdoor space to play in.
I work for myself from home here and enjoy a walk 2-3 times a day.
Your pet will be entertained and exercised here and can just chill in the house if and when that's preferred!!

We will provide a fun and loving home for your pet and make sure their needs for food and exercise are catered to. Our dog Zeke is a 2.5year old Cavoodle with a calm yet playful temperament and will be a good companion to yours.&nbsp;
Our home is dog friendly with plenty of space indoors and outdoors for movement. There is space in the lounge for a dog bed/crate and also space in the laundry if your dog prefers a quieter area for naps. We do not encourage dogs upstairs due to the carpets or in the bedrooms. We have a medium size fully fenced backyard for them to run and play. In addition, we will walk your dog daily around the neighbourhood and nearby park.&nbsp;
By entrusting your beloved pet to us, we will provide you with regular updates and photos to keep your mind at ease in knowing your pet is happy.

Hi there! As an owner of my own furry pets, I enjoy meeting and looking after animals. I treat them with respect and shower them with cuddles!&nbsp;
At home, I have a 6 year old greyhound, and 2 cats - ages 9 and 4. They all have such funny personalities and they all get along really well. They mostly sleep during the day and are all really chill! The cats can be in a separate room if required.
Your pet's safety and comfort are super important. I work from home, so your pet will be supervised all day if they are here for daycare. There is an outdoor courtyard and also a balcony. Your pet will spend most of their time upstairs in the open living/kitchen which is quite a spacious area. There are a few beds scattered around the house for them to use, and I am happy to provide snacks - unless your pet has specific requirements in which case, just let me know and you can bring your own as well. Just note, our home is 2 storeys with a set of stairs. There is also a short or long walk that I can take your pet on during the day around the neighbourhood.
I offer doggy day-care and potentially dog walking or once-a-day home visits to feed and play with your pet - depending on your location. If you have any specific instructions, please let me know. I understand how important this is and how stressful it can be, so I'm happy to discuss any needs you might have.
All of my pets are vaccinated and flea treated, therefore I kindly request that yours is too.

I love all animals. My rabbit lived for 15 years inside and was toilet trained using a litter tray like a cat. I also had a lovely little Maltalier dog and a Burman cat all pets lived harmoneously together. I now have a cheeky naugthy Ragdoll cat who I love to bits. My cats, rabbit and dog are always played with healthy and happy as a result of my twenty six years of ownership. I will treat your cats as if they were my own because I understand how stressful it can be to leave your pets behind while you are away. She was an integral part of our family.Whilst we are not ready to get another dog, we would love a dogs energy around. We often used pet sitters ourselves when we went away and know how beneficial it is to leave your dog with a family to be loved rather than kennels.&nbsp;We have also housesat many dogs and cats when we first arrived in Australia many years ago.Now we would love to care for other dogs in return.My husband and I had a variety of dogs and have experience with large and small breeds and understand pack mentality with different breeds.We have a large back garden which backs on to a bush reserve for long nature walks. We can mind your dog in our big fenced yard with our two year old kelpie/lab Ciara. She loves company and to run around the garden and play.
We have lots of dog toys and shady and grassy areas for the dogs to run around.&nbsp;
Our yard is fully fenced. We have a dog bed inside and outside your dog can use, or feel free to drop off your own if you prefer.&nbsp;

We're near central greensborough and work from home and will take great care of your dog.&nbsp;
We prefer medium and large dogs and your dog will need to get on well with other dogs.&nbsp;Also, we have a one year old daughter so only take dogs that are good around kids.
Ideally, we like to mind labs, kelpies , golden retrievers, staffys and other medium / large dogs.  We love all dogs though. 
Happy to take them on walks and there are loads of fields and dog parks nearby.&nbsp;
Happy to administer medication as required.&nbsp;
Also able to dog sit for the day if you're working.&nbsp;
If you live nearby and need someone to help take your dog on a regular walk, that could work well as I already take our dog out for long walks a couple of times a day and could bring your dog along too.
A walk can include off leash running and fetching if your dog is ok to be off lead and has learnt recall.
