Hi, I’m Lisa — your local dog walker, pet visitor, and home-away-from-home for your dogs and pets! I’m a total animal lover and have owned Labradors, Dachshunds, Wolfhounds, and lots of rescue dogs over the years. I've also had too many cats to count! Prior to having my two daughters, I volunteered at the Dogs Refuge Home for many years and ran a successful dog-sitting business. I’m now dog walking and looking after your pets full time! You can find me and lots of fur babies on FB at Lady and the Lead. I'm available for: - Dog walks (30 or 60 minute options) - Visiting your cat and dogs in your home while you’re at work or on holidays - Dog day visits/playdates at my home - Overnight stays at my home in Woodvale (regulars only at this point) If you need a custom tailored service, I'm happy to help! I live with my husband, two daughters, and our therapy-trained Labrador, Luna 🐾 She’s 6 years old and loves coming along on walks, especially if your dog needs a little confidence boost. Walks are fully tailored to your dog’s needs. I’m happy to walk all breeds and dogs with all sorts of social skills. I come armed with lots of treats to help with focus and to make sure every walk is fun and positive! If recall isn’t quite there yet (no judgement — it’s a tough one!), we’re more than happy to stay on the lead so they can still explore safely. We can walk around the neighbourhood, parks, bush trails, or beach. My typical walk is around 30 minutes, but longer one hour walks can easily be arranged for those pups that need to be really worn out! Some details: 🐕 Dog walks – Typically 30 minutes, with longer 60 min walks available for energetic pooches 🏡 Dog day visits – Up to 9 hours so you can enjoy a full workday without worry (extended stays available) 🐾 Drop-in home visits for pets – I’m happy to feed, play, refresh water, or just keep your pet company when you’re away or have a busy schedule I’m also a keen photographer, so I’ll always try to send you a happy snap of your pet having the best time 📸🐶 Check the tribe out on Facebook and Instagram to see some of my dogs in action! I look forward to meeting you and your four-legged family member 🐾
