"We had a last minute crisis, needing to attend a family funeral interstate. I reached out to a few people on Pawshake; Bettina and Luciano responded in less than half an hour, more than willing to help. Prompt with all communication, easy to work with - when we needed someone most to help, they were the perfect answer to look after our three fur babies. We had regular feedback, photos all the time and most of all, three very happy puppies as a result. Hugo, Sophia and Pablito says thanks, as do we. Highly recommend Bettina and Luciano!"
