Hi! I’m a 25-year-old veterinary medicine graduate from Ireland, now living in Bondi, Sydney. I’ve always loved animals and feel incredibly lucky that my career has allowed me to spend so much of my time caring for them!

I have over two years of professional experience working full-time in veterinary medicine, alongside two years of dog walking and house sitting experience throughout university. My veterinary background means I’m very comfortable caring for animals of all shapes, sizes, ages and personalities, and I’m confident handling animals with a wide range of medical, behavioural and individual needs.

Your pet’s safety and wellbeing is always my priority. I have animal first aid training and am comfortable administering medications and treatments, including tablets, liquids and other prescribed medications, as well as following specific dietary or medical routines. My veterinary experience has also given me a good understanding of animal behaviour and body language, and I’m confident recognising when an animal may be unwell, uncomfortable or behaving differently from normal.

I know that being away from their owner can be unsettling for some pets, so I place a big emphasis on maintaining normal routines and keeping your pet comfortable in their home. I’ll follow your usual feeding, medication, exercise, toilet and bedtime routines as closely as possible, while giving your pet plenty of companionship, play and affection at their own pace.

My services 🐾

Dog walking:
I offer 45-minute walks as a baseline, but I’m happy to tailor the length and pace to your dog’s individual needs. Whether you have a high-energy puppy who needs plenty of exercise or an older dog who prefers a gentle stroll, I’ll make sure their walk is suited to them.

Home visits:
My standard home visits are 30 minutes, with longer visits available where your pet needs extra time or attention. During a visit, I can provide feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, medication, litter care, playtime, exercise and plenty of companionship. I’ll always follow your pet’s usual routine and instructions as closely as possible, so they can remain relaxed and comfortable in their familiar surroundings.

I also understand that not every pet wants lots of interaction. Some animals are happiest with a little company, a quiet cuddle and someone checking that everything is okay. I’ll take the time to understand your pet’s personality and let them set the pace.

House sitting:
I’m happy to stay in your home and care for your pets while you’re away, keeping their routine as normal as possible. This can include feeding, walks, playtime, medication, toilet breaks, companionship and following their usual morning and evening routines. I’ll also treat your home with the same care and respect as I would my own.

I’m happy to care for all kinds of pets, not just dogs and cats, and I’m always keen to learn about each pet’s individual personality, routine and needs.

Having worked in veterinary medicine, I understand that every animal is different. I’ll take the time to get to know your pet and make sure they receive the same level of care, patience and attention that I would want for my own.

I’ve recently relocated to Sydney and currently work part-time, so I have lots of flexibility and availability. I’d love to use that free time doing something I genuinely enjoy - giving your furry friends plenty of attention, exercise and companionship while you’re away!
