I’ve loved and cared for animals for most of my life. My family had a much-loved dog from 2002 to 2021, giving me nearly 20 years of experience with the everyday care, companionship and responsibility that comes with having a dog.

More recently, I’ve been a repeat cat and house sitter in Avalon for a former colleague. I initially cared for their cat and home for several weeks in January and have since been trusted to return for shorter stays in March and August. I received great feedback and really value the trust involved in caring for someone’s pet and home while they’re away.

I also volunteer at an animal sanctuary and am vegan, so animal welfare and treating animals with kindness are important parts of my life.

I currently have a flexible schedule and offer house sitting, home visits and dog walking around Sydney Olympic Park and nearby areas.

House sitting: I stay overnight in your home and aim to keep your pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible. This can include feeding and refreshing water, walks, playtime, companionship, litter care and following your usual morning and evening routines. I’ll also respect and look after your home while you're away.

Home visits: Each visit lasts at least 30 minutes. Depending on your pet’s needs, this can include feeding, fresh water, litter cleaning, playtime, cuddles and general checks on their wellbeing. I can provide either one or two visits per day.

Dog walking: Walks are at least 30 minutes and are tailored to your dog’s normal pace, energy level and routine. I prefer giving dogs individual attention rather than walking large groups of unfamiliar dogs together.

I’m patient and attentive to each animal’s personality and will follow your instructions regarding feeding, exercise and household routines. I’m also happy to send regular photos and updates so you know how your pet is doing.

Before a first booking, I’m happy to meet you and your pet, learn their routine and make sure everyone is comfortable.
