Hi, I’m Mia! 🐾

I’m a big animal lover with experience caring for both dogs and cats. Back in South Korea, my partner and I fostered five rescue dogs over about two years, ranging from around 10kg to 18kg. One of our long-term foster dogs was reactive around other dogs, and we worked with a professional trainer to help manage her behaviour. That experience taught me a lot about patience and understanding that every dog has their own personality and needs.

Since coming to Australia, I’ve also completed a house sit where I spent about two weeks caring for a young dog and a 16-year-old cat. It was a lovely experience, and I received a great review from their owner on another house-sitting platform, which I’d be happy to share if you’d like to see it.

I’m comfortable following your pet’s usual feeding, walking and daily routines, and I’ll always follow your instructions carefully. I understand that some cats can take a little time to feel comfortable with someone new, so I’m happy to give them their own space and let them come to me when they’re ready.

I’m currently looking for work as a software developer, so I spend quite a lot of time at home and have a flexible schedule. I’m a calm, quiet and tidy person, and I genuinely enjoy having animals around.

I’m also happy to send regular photo and video updates while you’re away, so you can see how your pet is doing. Most importantly, I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of company, attention and care, while respecting their individual personality and routine. 🐾
