About Us:

Hello!

We are a retired couple with a long history of having pet dogs and also looking after dogs while friends have been away. We have been doing in-home dog sitting for 6 years.

Experience and history:

Up until recently (when we started pet sitting) we have always had dogs in the family home - often 2 at a time, and always large breeds (German Shepherds, Great Dane, German Shorthaired Pointer, Kelpie). During our pet sitting experiences we have looked after a wide range of breeds including German Shepherd, Staffy, Labradoodle, Jack Russell, Labrador x Staffy, Border Collie, Kelpie) and have loved every one of them! We have also taken care of relatives' pets occasionally including Maltese Schitzu, and cats.

Amongst these, a number have needed regular medication so we feel comfortable doing so for others. We are also confident in walking all breeds (obviously including the big ones!).

Our Home:

We live in a lovely home in Camden Park with a small-to-medium sized backyard (also have parks nearby) and can offer a comfortable experience for your pet/s. We are home most of the day and only have a small number of commitments during the week and on Sunday mornings. We can certainly work around what your pet requires and is used to.

Our service:

Our home stays - we will look after your pet/s in our home, feed them, provide water, and walk them if requested. We will give lots of cuddles and treat them like our own - anything to make them comfortable especially as it is a strange place for them. We do require that you drop-off and pick-up your pet/s at our home.

*If medication is required during any of the above services we will ensure this is given accordingly based on your advice and guidance. Please also ensure emergency details are provided.

We love all dogs, in all shapes and sizes, young and old - as we no longer have our own, it is thoroughly enjoyable to still have pets to cuddle and keep them happy while you are away.

We are not prepared to have any dogs under 1 year old.
