About Me: I'm a 37yo public servant living in Glenelg South, who loves looking after all kinds of pets at their home. I'm happy to travel 20 mins to a home.
Experience and history: I've been around animals all my life... multiple family dogs (Great Dane, German Shepherds, German Shorthaired Pointer, Kelpie), school class pets, and friends' pets. I've also owned fish and guinea pigs and currently own a Birman cat called Arthur.
While originally from Adelaide, I was in Canberra the last 10 years where I did petsitting for approximately 6 of those years. I have also helped out when visiting home and my parents are dogsitting; and done house/pet sitting for my relatives in Hobart! I've had some sick pets who needed regular medication and, on occasion, emergency vet visits.
About Me: I love the fact that I can keep someone's pet happy and relaxed while they're away. It's always nicer for animals to stay in their own home rather than be put in a random kennel where they may not receive enough attention and may become anxious.
My Services: Overnight stays - I will come and stay in your home for however many nights required, feed your pet as required, and keep their water topped-up. I'll also walk your pet as required. Your pet will receive cuddles and enjoy play-time - basically whatever they would normally do at home. Daily visits - these can be Single or Double; I will check on your pet, feed them and top-up their water bowl, and spend some time with them. A standard visit is approximately 1 hour depending on what is required.
*If medication is required during any of the above services I'll ensure this is given according to the owner's advice and guidance.
