Hello, I’m Sarah, and I’ve cared for dogs since childhood. With over 10 years of pet-sitting experience, I currently share my spacious one-bedroom apartment with my 5-year-old Jack Russell, Lulu. We are located in a dog-friendly area near parks, beaches, and cafes, and offer day care and pet sitting for small to medium-sized dogs over one year old.  

I only offer these services when I work from home, so your dog is never left alone. During their stay, your dog will have walks, play sessions, enrichment, and mental stimulation. I can also adapt our routine to suit your dog’s needs.

Your dog will be treated with affection and is welcome to relax on the sofa or even curl up in my bed. Staying in someone else’s home or spending time with a new paw parent can be stressful for a dog, so I pay close attention to a dog's body language to recognise anxiety, fear, or overstimulation. I make sure to provide a calm, safe, and secure environment, helping your dog feel at ease. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and videos so you can see how they’re doing each day. 

Lulu is desexed, vaccinated, and toilet-trained. Your dog should also be desexed, vaccinated, toilet-trained, and comfortable around other small dogs. As we live in an apartment, I take the dogs out regularly for toilet breaks, and there is an area on the balcony they can use too. 

I have a car available for vet visits and hold certifications in positive-reinforcement concept dog training, as well as pet first aid. I am also studying a Diploma in Clinical Canine Behaviour. I have a current AFP National Police Check. A mandatory meet-and-greet helps ensure compatibility, and references are available on request. I only accept one booking at a time to provide the right level of care and meet your dog’s needs.
