Service Details & Routine:

• Visit Duration: Each home visit typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes, ensuring your pet gets fresh food, clean water, a thoroughly scooped litter box, and plenty of unhurried play, gentle brushing, or calm companionship.

• Photo & Video Updates: You will receive a detailed message update along with multiple clear photos and videos during or immediately after every single visit, giving you complete peace of mind while you are away.

• Key Handling & Security: Keys can be handed over during a Meet & Greet, retrieved from a secure lockbox, or collected from a designated safe spot. I keep all keys securely labeled without personal addresses and return them strictly according to your instructions.

• Emergencies & Vet Care: In the rare event of an illness or emergency, I will contact you immediately for instructions. If urgent medical care is required, I will promptly transport your pet to your preferred local vet clinic or the nearest 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital.
