My name is Yas, I’m a 27-year-old Brit, and I’ve been dog sitting for the past 3 years across Australia through friends and pet-sitting apps. I genuinely love caring for animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.

I’m very active and love incorporating that into my care, whether that’s daily walks (30–60 minutes depending on your dog’s needs), playtime, or enrichment activities to keep them happy and stimulated. I’m confident handling high-energy dogs and making sure they get the exercise they need, as well as giving extra patience and calm care to more anxious or relaxed pets.

I also have experience with feeding routines, multiple-pet households (up to 4 dogs), and administering medication, including twice-daily insulin injections for a diabetic cat. I understand how important it is to follow routines closely and keep everything consistent for your pet.

For house sitting, I work Monday–Friday in Ipswich and am typically out from 8am–6pm. That said, I make sure they get quality time, walks, and attention before and after work, and I’m home in the evenings and weekends (usually studying), so your pets will still have lots of company and care.

I’ve looked after a range of pets and situations, from longer-term stays with multiple dogs to caring for pets with medical needs, and I always aim to adapt to each animal’s personality and routine. I’m also happy to send regular updates and photos so you have peace of mind while you’re away.

I love getting outdoors for sunrise walks, beach trips, and park adventures, and your pet would be right there with me (if they enjoy that too!).
