Updates and Communication

I know how important peace of mind is for owners. After every visit, you will receive a detailed update via the Pawshake app. This includes photos of your pets and a summary of their behaviour, appetite, and health status.

In the unlikely event of an emergency, my decades of experience allow me to remain calm and act with expert intuition. I have established protocols for immediate vet transport and will keep you informed every step of the way.
