Hi there! My name is Pippa and I have always been an animal lover. As a young professional, I am very eager to begin my petsitting services to help those in my community as well as for my love of animals. I have recently moved to Perth and do not own a pet currently so I am definitely missing their companionship. 

I have always grown up surrounded by animals. From a young age I grew up on a farm with dogs, cats, horses, sheep and a few chickens! I love spending time with dogs and cats and find the peace and calm they bring to our lives. I have valuable experience in petsitting my previous flatmates pets, including an Aussie shepherd and golden retriever, taking for walks, feeding at dinner time and hanging out and playing at home during the day as well as overnight. I also have experience petsitting my flatmates two cats, including feeding and also hanging out with at home! 

I will always ensure that I keep in contact with you during an emergency. I am calm and reliable and will always assess the severity of an emergency as to whether you will be my first point of contact or second after a vet etc. I will always keep your dog on lead until I deem it a safe area for your dog to have a play off lead in an open space away from busy roads. 

I have always had a natural affinity for animals and always take into consideration that every animal is different and has a different personality and reaction to things. I am able to assess their personality and what they like and dislike as we get to know each other, always putting your pet first and ensuring they are happy!

My services include: 

Home visits: 30 minutes to an hour, including checking on your pet, feeding, cleaning litter boxes and having a play in the backyard. 

Dog walking: 1-2 hour walks, I can collect and return from your home for dog walking. As I don't have my car in Christchurch, the walks would take place on lead near your home and to any parks/open areas nearby that allow for off-lead play. 

House sitting: I can provide all of the above services during house sitting services. I am also able to provide general 'house sitting' services along with petsitting. I am incredibly clean and tidy and will provide a calm and reassuring presence for your pet during your absence!
