Hi there! My name is Ash. Although I’m new to Pawshake, I’ve been an animal lover my whole life and have plenty of experience caring for my own pets as well as those of friends and family.

I recently moved into a spacious, pet-friendly home right across from a beautiful park, and I’d love to share this space with your furry friend and make them feel at home while you’re away.

🐾 What a day with me looks like

My routine is all about keeping your pup happy, comfortable and active. Being right across from a park means we have easy access to walks and outdoor play throughout the day. A typical morning starts with a refreshing walk, followed by breakfast and some supervised relaxation.

I live with four other animal lovers, so there is usually someone at home and your pet will rarely be left alone — generally no more than 1–2 hours for quick errands.

🌊 Walks, beach trips & exercise

For energetic or beach-loving pups, I’m also close to the coast and love taking dogs for longer walks by the ocean. Of course, exercise is always adapted to your dog’s age, energy level, routine and what they’re comfortable with.

🏡 A comfortable & safe stay

Dogs are welcome to sleep indoors in our living area or, if they’re used to it, in their own bed in my room.

I prefer to care for a small number of dogs at a time so I can give each one plenty of attention. If dogs from different households will be staying together, I make sure introductions are gradual and supervised, and I always consider each dog’s temperament and needs.

For everyone’s safety, I only accept vaccinated pets.

Reliable: I have my own car, which makes transport easy and allows me to be punctual for walks and home visits.

Attentive: I’m comfortable following specific feeding schedules, walking routines and care instructions. If your pet requires medication, I can administer oral medication or medication added to food, as long as you provide clear instructions regarding dosage and timing.

Safe & supervised environment: Pets are always supervised when outdoors, and I make sure doors and gates are securely closed before letting them into outdoor areas. I also keep food and potentially unsafe household items out of reach and follow any specific safety instructions your pet may need.

Peace of mind: I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing how your pet is doing. I’ll also ask for your emergency contact details and preferred vet information before their stay. If anything unexpected happens, I’ll contact you immediately and seek veterinary care when necessary.
