Hi, my name is Airan (pronounced Erin). I’m 24 years old and studied Commerce (Finance) at Monash University. I currently work full-time in consulting, where I have a flexible hybrid schedule, which allows me to work from home on certain days and fit pet care into my day. I usually work from home on Mondays, and the rest of the week is flexible. Outside of work, I genuinely love spending time with animals. I’ve grown up around pets my whole life and really enjoy caring for them, whether that’s going for walks, playing, or simply keeping them company. I also have experience doing work experience at a local veterinary clinic, and just volunteered at a wildlife Sanctuary in Africa, which reflects how passionate I am about animals. I currently walk and occasionally dog-sit for my neighbours’ dogs. I’m responsible, reliable, and treat every pet as if they were my own. Pet sitting is something I truly enjoy in my spare time because being around animals genuinely makes me happy. Availability I’m usually available: Weekdays: afternoons (from around 12pm onwards if working from home) and evenings after 5:00pm. Need to organise to work from home in advance. Weekends: very flexible, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings Services I Offer Dog walking Walks are typically 30–60 minutes, depending on your dog’s needs I usually walk dogs around local parks and pet-friendly walking paths in my neighbourhood ( normally along the beach). Home visits Visits are typically 30–60 minutes per visit I can feed pets, refresh water, play with them, clean up after them, and provide companionship Medication & care I am comfortable administering basic oral medication if instructions are clearly provided For more specialised medical needs, I’m happy to discuss in advance to ensure I can meet your pet’s requirements safely About me I live in a very pet-friendly area with access to parks, walking paths, and quiet residential streets that are ideal for safe dog walking and enrichment. I prefer calm, positive environments where dogs can feel relaxed and enjoy their time outside. What motivates me as a pet sitter is genuinely the connection and joy animals bring. I find it rewarding to build trust with pets and make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away. My experience includes caring for neighbours’ dogs, informal pet sitting, and exposure to animal care in a veterinary environment, which has helped me become attentive, calm, and confident handling different pet personalities. I’d love the opportunity to look after your furry friend and make sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away. It’s guaranteed they’ll get plenty of attention, playtime, and cuddles with me!
