"Steph looked after our 2 cats, 3 chickens and goldfish for 10 days. We met up with Steph prior to our vacation. She was polite, respectful and very caring towards the needs of our pets. Steph did twice daily visits and provided updates and photos while we were away. She paid close attention to the wellbeing of our pets and reported a minor eye irritation of one of the cats which she easily resolved. Steph followed all instructions left and all pet areas were kept clean. I would highly recommend Steph as a thorough and caring pet minder. "

"Katherine honoured the idiosyncrasies of our two scaredy cats such that the bravest of the two was sitting in her lap after only a few days. And the really scaredy scaredy cat was not traumatised when we returned!! That’s a win. We loved the photos she sent daily and hope she can be our cat sitter next time we have to leave the cats at home. They are seriously not transportable. "

She also brought her cute 5yr old son during her visits and our cats loved all the extra playtime they got from him. Fay is attentive to details and also left the house clean. "This will mark our 6th time leaving our cats In Hannah's capable hands. All of our previous visits were short (not more than two-three nights) but this time we went abroad for two weeks; communication was excellent, and we were always confident that our cats were being taken care of and kept stimulated.
Hannah had no issues following our usual routine (including feeding and defrosting a raw food diet) as well as regularly taking our cats outside for walks. Upon our return, there were no signs of stress or anxiety in our cats, and we were able to pick up right where we left off. Hannah is great value, reliable, and our go-to cat sitter! "
