Hi! I’ve always had a big love for animals and am currently studying a Certificate III in Animal Care, with plans to continue on to Veterinary Nursing. I grew up with cats (I have two 8-year-olds at home) and have lots of experience with dogs through friends, family, and my placement at a doggy day care. In saying that i am still interested in caring for all sorts of animals, including reptiles and other exotic animals.

During pet sitting i will spend as much time with the animal as i can. Not just feeding but understanding their needs and comfort levels. I can do this by assessing their body language, gaining information on their normal routines and just general observation.

I truly enjoy caring for animals and making sure they feel safe, loved, and understood. I pay attention not just to their basic needs, but to their individual personalities and little quirks too. I also have over 8 years of childcare experience, which has helped me become patient, responsible, and attentive. I am happy to care for any animal as long as i have clear instructions :)
