Hi! I’m Ting, a full-time PhD student living in Mount Duneed. I work from home most days, so I’m able to spend plenty of time with the dogs staying with me and make sure they feel comfortable, settled, and part of the household.

🐾 Boarding & Daycare

I keep my bookings small and personal, with a maximum of two dogs staying with me at a time. This allows me to give each dog plenty of attention and keep the home environment calm and relaxed.

I always try to follow your dog’s usual routine, including their normal feeding schedule and diet. With your permission, I may also offer simple dog-friendly treats such as egg yolk, chicken liver, or sweet potato.

Dogs staying with me will have regular walks based on their age, energy level, and usual routine. My partner can also join me for walks with larger or more energetic dogs. When the weather isn’t suitable for outdoor activities, we can keep them entertained indoors with fetch, sniffing games, toys, and plenty of interaction.

I’m also happy to help with basic daily care such as wiping paws, cleaning around the face, and brushing. For boarding stays of 14 days or longer, I can give your dog a bath before they go home if needed. If your dog has a regular groomer nearby, I may also be able to take them to their usual grooming appointment.

🏡 Sleeping Arrangements

I try to keep sleeping arrangements similar to what your dog is used to at home. Small dogs who normally sleep with their owners may sleep on the bed. Dogs who prefer their own space, as well as larger dogs, can sleep comfortably in the spare room or living area with their own bed and belongings.

📸 Updates

I know how important it is to know your dog is happy while you’re away, so I send daily photo and video updates. You’ll be able to see what they’ve been doing, how they’re settling in, and generally how their day is going.

🏠 Home Visits

For home visits, I’ll follow your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime, medication if required, and some company and attention.

❤️ A Few Things to Know

Please let me know about any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, separation anxiety, resource guarding, reactivity, or other behavioural needs before the booking. Dogs should also be up to date with their usual vaccinations and parasite prevention.

I also offer exclusive care if you’d prefer your dog to be the only dog staying with me. This is usually an additional $10–20 per day, depending on your dog’s size and care requirements.

Optional extras include:

Teeth brushing — $2 per time

Pick-up/drop-off — quoted based on distance, generally around the equivalent Uber fare

My goal is simple: to give your dog a comfortable, relaxed home away from home while keeping their routine as familiar as possible. 🐶❤️
