Hello! My name is Gillian :) I’m a Deakin student who absolutely loves animals and would be so happy to help take care of your furry friends. While I’m new to professional pet sitting, I’m a very caring, patient and responsible person who genuinely enjoys being around animals. Growing up, I had fish and a turtle, and I also spent time with my grandparents’ dog in Sri Lanka, which made my love for dogs grow!

I’m happy to care for both big and small dogs, as well as cats. I can offer dog walking, feeding, playtime and house visits, and I’m happy to spend up to around 2 hours with your pet so they get plenty of attention and company rather than just a quick check-in.

I live in student accommodation, so unfortunately I can’t have pets stay with me. Therefore, I'm only available for pet sitting at the owner’s home, preferably somewhere reasonably close to Deakin Waterfront.

I’m generally available Monday–Thursday afternoons and Saturdays. I’m not trained to administer injections or medications, and I’m not comfortable caring for aggressive dogs. My priority is making sure your pet is safe, comfortable and well looked after while you’re away!
