Dear pet parents,

My name is Ella and I’m a professional dog groomer based in Epping. My husband and I live in a clean and quiet 2-bedroom ground floor apartment with a secure balcony. We now share our home with Queenie, our friendly Standard Poodle puppy, who absolutely loves having furry friends visit us.

I work from home, so your pet will be under close supervision throughout the day. All pets are kept strictly indoors at night, and I carefully assess each booking to make sure everyone gets along well and feels safe and comfortable. Meet & greets are very important to me, as I’d love to learn as much as possible about your pet before their stay.

To keep the environment calm and stress-free, I never take more than 2 guest pets at a time (with the occasional exception during the Christmas/New Year period). This allows me to give every pet plenty of individual attention, care, and affection.

There is a large dog park nearby and I’m happy to take your dog there unless you prefer otherwise. I generally suit small to medium-sized dogs best due to apartment living, though larger breeds are welcome if they are well house-trained and comfortable indoors.

As a certified dog groomer, I also offer professional grooming services during your pet’s stay if requested. Your dog can enjoy a little holiday while returning home looking and smelling fresh!
