Hello! My name is Han, and I am a 42-year-old Vietnamese woman. I live in Springvale South with my husband and our two teenage daughters. We are a family of dog lovers and understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your pet.

I have over 7 years of experience raising and caring for two beloved dogs from puppyhood. They were part of our family, and this experience taught me the importance of patience, safety, routine, and giving each dog the individual care they deserve.

My motivation for becoming a pet sitter comes from my genuine love for dogs. I treat every pet as if they were my own and aim to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving home while their owners are away.

As I spend most of my time at home, pets in my care receive plenty of supervision, companionship, affection, and playtime throughout the day. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to several parks. Daily routines include fun outdoor time, with daily park walks ranging from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on their age, energy level, health, and owner's preferences.

I have extensive firsthand experience raising and caring for dogs, making me highly attentive to their body language, emotional needs, and feeding schedules. To ensure a premium, stress-free, and safe experience, I strictly host a maximum of 2 dogs at a time. This allows me to give tailored attention to each pet, whether they are high-energy pups who need active play or shy, quiet dogs who prefer calm companionship. Our home has a secure fenced yard and spacious outdoor areas where dogs can safely play under supervision.

I understand that every dog has a unique personality. Whether your dog is playful, shy, energetic, or prefers a calm environment, I will do my best to help them feel comfortable, secure, and loved during their stay.

Safety is my top priority. I am calm under pressure and always keep a fully stocked pet first-aid kit at home. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I have my own vehicle ready for immediate transport to the nearest 24/7 vet hospital. For the safety and wellbeing of all pets, I only accept fully vaccinated dogs into my home. 

I am highly flexible, always send daily photo/video updates, and am open to a Meet & Greet beforehand. I look forward to welcoming your beloved pup for a fun, cozy, and secure stay!
