About Me 🐾

Hi! I’m a 22-year-old Melbourne-based pet and house sitter who studies from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility to spend time with your pets and work around their individual routines.

I’ve had pets throughout my entire life and have always loved caring for animals. I’ve also looked after plenty of family pets over the years and have been professionally pet and house sitting for around 4 years. I’ve cared for animals with different personalities, ages, needs and routines, and I’m always happy to learn what works best for each individual pet.

Dog Walking 🐕

Dog walks are generally around 30-60 minutes, with up to two walks a day depending on your pet’s needs. While I don’t have a dedicated dog park immediately nearby, I actually prefer safe, controlled walking areas rather than taking someone else’s pet to a busy dog park. I’ll never put your pet in a situation I wouldn’t be comfortable with my own pets being in. Walks can be adjusted to suit your dog’s age, energy level, confidence and abilities.

Home Visits & Overnight Stays 🏡

During home visits, I’ll provide food and fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime, cuddles, exercise and plenty of attention, while following any specific instructions you leave. I’m also happy to bring in mail, put bins out and take care of other small household tasks.

For overnight stays, I’ll keep your pets’ normal routine as consistent as possible and treat your home with care and respect. I’m comfortable caring for senior, anxious, recovering or unwell pets, including providing extra supervision, assistance with mobility, keeping them comfortable, monitoring changes in their behaviour or condition, and following detailed care routines.

I’ll also make sure your home stays secure while you’re away. I’ll check doors and windows are locked, gates are secure, keys are safely stored, and that your pets are safely inside whenever I leave. I’m happy to follow any specific home-security instructions you provide.

Medication & Emergencies 💊

I’m comfortable providing most types of pet medication and care, including oral and topical medication. The only medication I’m unable to administer is injectable/needle medication.

If an emergency or unexpected health concern occurs, I’ll stay calm, contact you as soon as possible, follow your instructions and contact your nominated vet or veterinary service when necessary. I’ll keep you updated so you know how your pet is doing.

For me, pet sitting isn’t just a job — I genuinely enjoy being around animals and find caring for them incredibly rewarding. I love getting to know each pet’s personality, making them feel comfortable and giving them plenty of attention while their owners are away. Knowing that I can give both pets and their owners some extra peace of mind is what makes pet sitting so enjoyable for me.

My goal is simple: happy, safe and well-cared-for pets, and owners who can relax knowing their pets and home are in good hands. 🐾
