Hi! I'm Claudia, I'm 22 and I have just moved to Canberra for work and unfortunately had to leave my dogs (a diva cocker-spaniel and a very loving lab) behind at my parents house.

Working full time makes it hard to have a pet of my own, but I would love to have a pet to look after during my free time. I'm active and love getting outside for walks and playing at the dog park, and my work hours are flexible enough that I can live within your pets schedule while you're away. I can get multiple walks in a day for 30mins-1hour each, and your pet will become part of my family while they're with me. I have no objections to where they want to sleep, if they like being on the couch or tucked away in their bed. I want them to be as comfortable as they can be while they're apart from you. Your pet won't be alone for more than a couple hours, and will frequently be taken outside. And after a lifetime of pets I'm well versed in pet emergencies, can get to a vet quickly if that was ever necessary and will do everything to keep them safe.

I've always grown up with animals from horses and sheep out on the farm to my menagerie of dogs, cats, chickens, turtles, rabbits and hermit crabs. Before moving here, my house mate and I dog sat frequently through paw shake in Melbourne and I have a lot of experience managing a range of different pets.
